Memo to GOG: Fix your "swing and a miss" glitch. That shit was funny when it was happening to Spoder, but it's not funny when it happens to me.

I'm genuinely surprised to wake up and find the sale over. The last time I checked (about 8pm EST) there were still about 18 items still to go through. And 3 of those were movies. I almost made a joke last night about the sale stretching on through Wednesday.

Either they skipped a bunch of stuff, or they really rolled back the amounts that they were offering per game/movie.

I'm pretty sure they just stopped it instead of selling the last ones. The last deals seemed to be stuck around 50-60 more for awhile, then when I refreshed the page they were gone.

The sale wasn't too bad for me since I picked up the only game I wanted and was able to grab a few freebies. My final haul:

Bought - Vampire - Redemption

Free - Legend of Kyrandia, Nox, and Alan Wake

 
Wow GOG, 60% off...you shouldn't have....no REALLY you shouldn't have....

I own a fair amount of these and now that Origin is releasing these moldy oldies slowly but surely for free....I guess I will wait....

I know you were all dying to know what I was going to do in that nail-biting situation, so I thought I'd share.

Although I've never played it it's supposedly a fairly good Diablo clone, although nothing special, based on what I've read.

Regardless, just wait, because let's be honest, you're not playing it before the next time it goes on sale anyway.

I really Really REALLY want Legend Of Grimrock 2. I want it so bad, I'd even resort to the unthinkable and play it immediately instead of backlogging it.

Though if I'm gonna buy now, I'd buy it through the Humble store. True, It's only 40% off there. But you get a DRM-Free copy and a steam key. Best of both worlds.

If I could just find some way to use my GabeN Funbux to buy it, I'd own it already.
