It's been interesting watching UFOs go from a fringe conspiracy-theory topic to pretty much accepted in the mainstream over just the past ~7 years. I looked up some polls, and we went from "almost nobody believes they're real" to "right about half of Americans believe they're real" in that time. No doubt due to the 2017 releases when the Pentagon finally made an official acknowledgement of their existence and said "yeah those Air Force video leaks are real."

Anyway, here's a documentary I found a few months ago:

It's from 2020, but still the most informative and best-produced doc I've found on the subject. Production quality feels like a movie you'd see at a theater. Every other documentary I've found on the subject has either had distractingly-low production quality or was littered with references to old sightings that had already been debunked or had left me very skeptical.

The guy does make some wild claims that basically boil down to "if you meditate and ask UFOs to appear, and then look outside, you'll sometimes see orbs / flashes of light / actual craft in the sky." I thought that sounded hilarious the first time I heard it. Then I did some googling and found a lot of people claiming to be skeptical but trying it anyway, and being shocked that it worked. So I gave it a go. Yep, it works. Started with sightings of things where we weren't entirely sure if they were just satellites, and then escalated into things that removed all shadow of a doubt. I could go into way more detail, but I'm fully aware about how that sounds crazy enough already - I was a skeptic myself until recently - so I'll leave it at that. Worth trying out if you're at least a little open-minded about it. Especially if you have a likeminded friend or small group to try it with; that seems to work better than trying it alone.
