So the Paranautical Activity devs were bitching about Groupees, saying that they weren't getting paid by them.. which was probably a lie.

I'm not involved, but between reading the thread and other responses by the PA devs, I have to say it really sounds like Groupees is being truthful in this. First the devs said they never got a response, then they said they got a response but it wasn't sufficient, then they just stopped posting. Plus all the other devs who have never had an issue with Groupees.

 
If anything the PA devs act extremely unprofessionally.  Even if this is true there are better way to address the issue/present yourself to the public.

Groupees has been at this for a while, and is a respected indie bundler. I'm surprised you doubted groupees. If they had payment issues (see IndieFaceKick) they'd have trouble remaining in the business. These are issues to sort with the bank and groupees first before taking to it to public channels. Also ask other devs. Imo, tweeting/social media posting like that smacks me of laziness (far easier to bash out a few words on your keyboard than actually take steps to get to the bottom of it.)

No doubt from me. I was just saying, just going off the reddit thread and knowing nothing else I would believe Groupees over the devs. Groupees was the more professional and consistent with their story, and has a better history.

Well, that is what I just said in my post, that the Paranautical Activity devs were most likely lying ;)

Of course Groupees sounded truthful, the pic the dev posted was bs too, because they cut off the records on the 11th, and I don't know if it's just me but the negative balance was funny.
 
If you got Bleed from the Groupees Retro Bundle, or from IGS, you should now have a Steam key on your account.

EDIT: Apparently it won't show up in your Steam library after you activate it yet.

Nah you didn't lose the code. It hasn't been released on Steam yet, but you definitely have it on your account under licenses so it'll appear in your library once released. I wouldn't worry about it.

I believe some preorders act the same way.. they don't show up in your library until released on Steam.

I just checked and sure enough it shows up under licenses and subscriptions along with 666 other listings.

 
New bonus goal is Madballs in Babo + DLC. It was in Be Mine 2, but without the DLC..

EDIT: Be Mine 2 had some of the DLC, it was missing 3 of the skin pack DLC though.

I don't mind getting it again as a bonus, since I don't have the DLC. It's a decent game.. I was tempted to buy the DLC during a sale but I'm glad I didn't lol

EDIT: Actually, I think it had some DLC in Be Mine 2, but not all of it. Hopefully it comes with all of the DLC this time.

Yeah I just remembered that before I saw your post, and was in the middle of editing my last post. Hopefully it comes with all of the DLC this time around, otherwise it's 100% repeat.

In case anyone was wondering, the Madballs DLC included last time was just the "Madballs BDI Evolution Skin Rollup" and the "Madballs Scorched Evolution Skin Rollup".

I have no idea what that means or really anything else about this game, but those are the two I own so I thought I'd pass the knowledge along.

 
All the Madballs DLC is purely cosmetic anyway, and whether most people will actually play to game to see those skins is another issue altogether.

 
Weird - I'm still just showing a Desura key for Bleed on my profile.   I guess I'll wait til it's actually released on Steam before contacting support.

huh, it's right there on my account. I think it must be a glitch, but I agree you should probably just wait a day. I know when other bonuses are added they sometimes take a bit for the keys to go up, so maybe yours just hasn't updated yet,

 
Looks like they extended the time on this bundle. There was about 2 days left when I last checked. Now there's 4+ days left.


They better have some good bonuses to back that up then, I want my one game minimum moment already.
 
So the Madball DLC is the same as what came in Be Mine 2.. disappointing.

EDIT: And Bleed is on Steam now, so it will show up in your library.
