I'm thinking of getting the two steam games...and War of the Human Tanks. Should I do War, or should I skip it? I know it's only 75 cents, but I'm having second thoughts after reading this topic.

Get the 2 Steam games, they'll pay for themselves after selling cards.. War of the Human Tanks has been bundled too many times, you might be able to find someone to give you a free desura key for it.

Well, bought two copies of Cherry Tree High Comedy Club, ran full speed to idle them both and offload the cards. Shit was at $1-$2.80 before the bundle, tanked instantly, but I still made off pretty well.

Bought copies for: $1.50

Sold cards for: $3.70

Total profit: $2.20 + CTHCC on both accounts

Sadly everything is pretty much in the gutter now. I sold my last card for 19 cents, and my first card for 69. If anything sold for $1+ early on, I didn't see it happen. People are smarter than that these days, unfortunately.

I suggest avoiding Yatagarasu. It's buggy as hell and crashes a lot for me on Windows 7 64 bit. Saw another posted on a different forum mention the same thing.

EDIT: control panel -> region and language -> location -> Japan seems to have fixed most of the crashing, still crashes when I try full screen mode though..

This bundle looks fun. Will grab the grab the two Steam games.

I do kind of disagree with it... They're basically saying outright they want to be able to sell the game to the same people twice.

Anyway, in for Cherry Tree & Ether Vapor (Steam!) and Yatagarasu (my irrational love of 2d fighters despite sucking at them!) Already have Croixleur from IR (not that it matters, amirite?) and War of the Human Tanks from everywhere.

Actually, they previously stated that indie bundle purchasers would get a Steam key. Looks like they're going back on their word.

"Essentially what Saana said. It's not necessarily just Desura buyers only, usually, early supporters who buy directly from the developer site also get rewarded with a key once the game shows up on Steam. Same deal with, for example, indie bundle adopters."

Already tried Croixleur from the IR bundle. I don't understand all the fuzz, I didn't liked it, It's very unpolished. Maybe they will enhance the game for Steam... But I don't think so.

Grabbed everything but Cherry (already have it and love that little game), War of the Tanks (have it twice over from other bundles), and Yatawhatsit (zero interest in DRM free; just falls into the black hole of unseen unplayed games that get forgotten about forever).

Hopefully we get some interesting bonuses.

well I guess I will be skipping that one. It looked fun, but that just seems like a slap in the face of their early buyers (bundle or no). Guess I will go with Cherry Tree, Ether Vapor, and Yousei (trailer and premise reminded me of Persona 4) ^_^

Well, that sucks. Yatagarasu was the only game from this bunch I was thinking about picking up. Probably just as well since it looks like they are working on a revamped version anyway.

Even with card prices dropping, I still turned a profit on this bundle. Just bought the two Steam games for $1.50, sold the 8 cards for $1.75. Ether Vapor cards sold for about 13 cents each, Cherry Hill closer to 30 cents.
