Guitar Hero games to be compatible with PS3 soon!

Saw this in another PS3 forum, Nyko recently announced that they will release an adapter which will allow you to use the guitar controller on the PS3. It also makes mention of a charging dock for the controlers. Now I can finally shred on my PS3!!!!

is there a release date mentioned? i noticed there was a similar periferal on ebgames site, but it didnt say it was by nyko... if anyone notices a release date for this please let me know, i want to play guitar hero 2 damn it!

I haven't heard anything about a release date yet. As for the adapter you saw on ebgames, it will only work with dualshocks, or other controls with an anolog button.

The Nyko one is a godsend. Since it'll work with GH, I'm gonna hope and assume there is no input lag!

The other ones out there work with PS3 games...

It won't work with PS2 games...

PS2 games need a signal from the PS button.
