Probably not since the DS is worth about double that and because a $50 mp3 player would probably suck. I'd do a trade for something like a Nano or another one from a good brand like Creative or SanDisk.

yeah, what if it was a sandisk. They just didn't tell you they got it at a cheap price. BTW, not all $50 or less players suck. There was a special for $30 for a sandisk, add a micro-sd 2gb, and you got 4gb. so for less than $60, you got yourself a 4gb player. And the Creative Stone plus is decent too.
