How did you come up with your Gamertag?

I like this thread...
mine is because of a tattoo i have on my wrist. its a carp, some significance to me, but mostly stupid teenage rebellion.
worst comment i ever got was from a girl asking me, "is that a pokemon?"...
bitch slaps ensued.
Sandrokstar came from my PSO character, a HUcast, he reminded me of Sandrock from Gundam Wing. I also liked the Rockstar energy drinks, so i fused the terms. not sure why i dropped the "c" but i'm glad i did.

I just used my CAG name.

And that I came up with when I couldn't think of anything, and saw the Darth Maul figurine I had near my monitor at that time, so I went with that and stuck my birthday on it since dmaul was taken already.

I'm contemplating a name change to "Schnookums" because that's what my friends call me. I have linkpwns so that it Mirrors my CAG Username.

I used to be in a Quake III Dreamcast clan called *NK*. I was Guile*NK*. Since the clan died, my online name has been GuilewasNK ever since. I saw no need in having a different name for Live.

Both "blackjaw" and "minno" are Hot Water Music songs. "Blackjaw" was taken on XBL so I just went with my second choice..."Minno".

I use to be "Crapuccino" on XBL with Halo 2 but for some reason the name didnt transfer over to 360...perhaps due to the "crap" part...who knows.

Back in 2002 when Xbox Live was about to roll out, I got into the BETA. As the package was being sent to my house, I was debating what my gamertag should be. I eventually gave in and decided on waiting for it to come to me since I could only come up with was crap. So one day I was walking home from the bus stop and saw the big yellow DEAD END sign on my road. BAM! Dead End was born.

When Dead End is taken (usually is in popular game networks), I use my other alias. Back in the Red Alert 2 days, friends and I used to play a ton. I could never choose a name and picked up a dictionary and went to random pages. I came up to CONVULSION and it sounded cool. Someone had it so I chose VULSION. No game to this date has anyone registered with that name (unless it's me) so it's always my back up. Obviously Dead End was taken on PS3 by someone else unfortunately even though I had the system day 1. Crappy thing is, I had Vulsion on Xbox Live too for my sister's, but Microsoft tells me there is no way to transfer the original Xbox account to the Xbox 360 and that the name is gone forever. I fought for one hour, but apparently it's impossible.
