How is Gamestop.com's Super Saver Shipping?

I just ordered Madden 10 off their website and chose the free super saver shipping. I researched online and I get mixed reviews. Some people say it takes them an ungodly 3 weeks to get their items. Some people swear up and down it only takes them 3 business days. Anyone have any experiences?

its super........depends on where you live could get to you faster than expected and sometimes later but for me it tends to take a few days longest time it ever took was 2 to 3 weeks.

I have never had it take over a week. It is much better than the Amazon free shipping.

i've had experiences varying from overnight delivery to 2 weeks long; but free is free

Sometimes it takes a couple of days and other times it takes about a week. The longest I've ever waited was 8 days, but only 6 of those days were business days for the shipping company.

Gamestop's super saver shipping is either USPS Media mail or UPS Ground, depending on the item.

Media mail has no time associated with it being shipped, so it could take three days or over a week.

UPS Ground normally takes 3-5 days to arrive, usually closer to 3 than 5.

I don't think I've ever had anything shipped to me via media mail in ages, it's been UPS ground (3-5 days) for a while now.

But they always ship in those crappy bubble mailers so that's been pissing me off more than once.

They used Media Mail for me last time. It took a long time, much longer than Amazon's free shipping.

Got mine next day (I live in the Dallas, TX area) and it came via USPS in a UPS envelope! Guess they didn't have anything else to stick it in!

I guess they switched a few months ago from Media Mail to UPS Ground, which is no problem in my book.

Is it normal for an order with SSS to not ship after 7 days? I just checked and the order status is still listed as "open" even after a full week of after I placed the order.
