More like the preaching elephant randomly posts because he can't sleep.
ditto, i'm starting to feel the effects of drinking only tea all day.
I've had gatorade, red bull, and coke... and just now it's starting to kick in.
I could see that being a problem, I've actualy got to fix my tea habbit though, the past three nights i've been having serious problems sleeping because of the constant caffine throughout the day, tea might not have alot of caffine but its adding up (or mabye i'm just blaming it on the tea).
That sucks. I actually was prescribed by my doctor coffee when I was only 9 years old (a quack and my so-called ADD combined to that) but hey, I was loving it. Now, ever since I've discovered the greatness of caffeine, I just can't put it down. And if I don't have any within a couple of days, I go through serious withdrawal symptoms...
As for your tea, try drinking it in the morning, and substituting in the afternoon and night with other things. If caffeine keeps you up, drink sprite or something.
Your totaly right. I'm not to sure though... i've never had caffenine problems before. I know I should drink somthing else if that is the problem but unfortunatly theres nothing else good in my house to drink besides tea, which I love dearly. Weird prescription, coffee? I was told to eat red meat once, but that was because I was anemic so it makes some sense. At any rate i'll probaly just have to find some other drink of choice.
Yeah, my doctor's pretty weird. I had ADD and trouble focusing, so he wanted me to drink coffee... at 9. Anyways, you should try some energy drinks and non-caffeinated soda, or decaf coffee. What about decaf tea? Seems that you love your tea, and I cannot deny tea's goodness. Don't totally drop the tea, though. Keep some in the morning, and having one in the afternoon won't hurt but if it's night time, try going for some Sprite, orange soda, or maybe some red bull (although that's keeping me up, maybe energy drinks give you TOO much energy), or gatorade. Just experiment with different things.
