If you bought a PS3 bundle from amazon get ready to be disappointed

Good to hear, spiderman4657.

I too got the email from Amazon this morning with the GOTY code. Good for Amazon to correct this, but in the meantime all you guys who got the runaround all week while some of us got something back from Amazon customer service, that's just wrong. But, at least it's been corrected by Amazon.

Got my code for the extra content today, so I'm satisfied. Still wish their communication was better, but glad they finally fixed the issue. :)

Well done! It's refreshing to read these types of posts rather than the one's about people bragging how they ripped off company x.[/QUOTE]
I agree!

Amen!

Wow...so I got the $10 promo, called them and got GOTY shipped to me, and then they just sent me a code for the content!

Amazon is absolutely the best in caring for their customers, their service is unbelievable.

Got an email to day also. DLC code made this right. Congrats on everyone else who ended up scoring a larger deal.

Now I can open my game and play :)

Just some simple advice on how to extract the best results from CSR: talk to them on the phone - audible interaction is a really good catalyst towards the customers favors. Also, there is a chance for less misunderstandings. I've been shopping on Amazon for many years, and the phone is the way to go :)

Was everyone else's codes just for teh Siege Expansion Pack? That is the one thing that I did buy from PSN. It was the rest of the stuff that I was looking for.

Just to play devil's advocate, I spent about 5 minutes composing an e-mail regarding the situation last Tuesday night, and I received my request of a $50 refund the next morning.

Your success is quite limited; I would say more people got the "template" response. Phone call brings in the human factor - even with the rampancy of technology - is still vital to success, in my opinion.

This turned out to be a sweet deal.

- $10 off Ico HS
- $45 Refund
- Unlock code for the content via PSN, which I can't access anyway. :)
