[In-Stores 9/9] Clubhouse Games, Hotel Dusk, Planet Puzzle League Reprints On Amazon

I was not sure if I should post this here or not but considering how rare and pricey Clubhouse Games and Hotel Dusk have been I thought the deals section was the better place. Amazon.com is now taking preorders for what appears to be reprintings of Clubhouse Games and Hotel Dusk: Room 215 for the DS.



Clubhouse Games is one of the rarest DS games out there. Both are listed at $29.99(the price it was when it came out originally) with a rumored release date of September 8(it now says"3 to 6 weeks"). A seller on the Amazon Marketplace is listing new copies of Clubhouse Games at just under $40 with the line "fulfillment by Amazon". That listing was added after this topic was posted. UPDATE: Planet Puzzle League, the Tetris Attack clone is getting a reprinting too with a release date of August 19th. The release dates for Clubhouse Games and Hotel Dusk: Room 215 are both set for September 11th.

I'm curious what the reprinted cover looks like...can't find an image already online and won't be going by any B&Ms anytime soon on the next few days. Anyone care to post a scan?

Clubhouse Games is easily the game that has received the most use on my DS. The fiance has used her game even more since she is addicted to Dominoes.

I hear it man. I guess you get what you pay for.

Still it would've been nice if they didn't add that "Touch Generations" banner covering 1/6th of the box art. Oh well at least I'm glad these games are getting a second chance (especially Hotel Dusk).

UPDATE: I finished scanning both game boxes in case anyone wants an idea of what it looks like:

I think that's the only change from Clubhouse Games while Hotel Dusk gets a banner and the "Touch Generations" label.

I think Hotel Dusk got the worse end of the stick when it comes to the orange banners. You can print out the old covers on www.thecoverproject.net

The orange banner is ugly but still better than the Konami's Best. Having the original game shown as a sub picture in the boxart is ass ugly.

I managed to pick up a copy of Clubhouse Games sans orange bar at Kmart. At least to me it was worth it.

Picked up a copy of Clubhouse Games yesterday at Target. I'll look into Planet Puzzle League.

Not gonna complain with the orange label at all, I finally have a copy of the damn game. I'm more than satisfied.

if you buy 3 games does it take 3 bucks off each game or just 3 bucks off one game
