Is bidnapper.com legit?

I'm looking into using a auction sniper, and bidnapper.com has a free 10 day trial. I'm just wondering if this is legit because it's asking for all my ebay info.

I know they'll need it to access my profile and whatnot, but I just want to make sure I'm not going to regret doing it.

As always, any help is much appreciated.
