Is there a difference between greatest hits and non greatest hits of .....

With the exception of a few games (Devil May Cry 3 jumps to mind), the Greatest Hits version of the game is exactly the same, save the packaging.

I just got this game yesterday and so far I noticed it has the the option to change from US voiceovers to the original japanese voice overs included in the game. Will play this during my weekend to find out what else.
