Kotaku reports average gamersore is 11,286

I've been on xbox live about 3 years and have about 10k in achievements. I think someone said it earlier when they mentioned only playing sports and shooter games, that's me these days. I tried to finish games like Dead Space, Bioshock and Alan Wake but my little brain cant concentrate on the first person games anymore.
 
I suppose I am dragging the average down. I have a gamerscore of 9501 after having owned a 360 since release week. Have had a PS3 for a few years as well, but probably only put 15 hours of game time in it the first couple of years since it was just a blu-ray player.
 
On the note of 100%ing a game, truly exceptional games will keep you playing even after you do absolutely everything there is to do in it. Not a 360 example, but as soon as I got the Platinum trophy in God of War 3, I started another game because it was just so damned good. I don't care that everything the game has to offer has been seen - I just can't get enough of the brutal good time.
