I've been wondering about that myself. They did say "every Xbox 360 Halo add-on map pack in the Xbox Store will be made available for free". Is there anyone we can contact to get that resolved? MajorNelson or the Halo folks?

Hey, if you all text GAMENIGHT to 727272 you can get a code for a free Redbox rental for a game, Blu-ray, or DVD.


The unique code is only valid online or with the Redbox App (Android or iOS). Also, the code is valid through 8/4/17.

Saw this posted on SD today.

Oh and I noticed that Doom will have a free play weekend.

Doom’s free weekend on Xbox One will kick off July 20 at 9 a.m. PDT and will last until July 24 at 9 p.m. PDT.

Oh and Minecraft added more skins. I assume there are some free unlocked one. There usually are. If I check later, I'll update, if anyone else know the free ones, feel free to post.

Huh, apparently they delisted all the skin pack trials for Minecraft 360.

Also, Eagle is STILL NOT FREE for KI: Definitive Edition owners. :wall:

I noticed that awhile back. However, it seems the skins/themes/mash-ups packs are built into the game now. I believe they still have the free unlocks for some of the skins still too.

Theme and mash-up trials can all be played for free still, but just can't save anything you create. Still fun to play around with.

Ok here is possibly a stupid question, which versions should I install the one with rare replay at the top or without the header? Im currently sorting through my library. Yes I got the ones from mixer and yes I also own the disc.

Interesting.

I would install all of the "RARE REPLAY" header titles for the sake of uniformity.

If you're up for an experiment after completing all of them, you can try installing the non Rare Replay titles to see how they behave (separate or overwrite installation, are gamesaves shared, etc.).

 
Oh, I forgot to mention that the free 6.66 update unlocks all the DLC for Doom.

Thanks, yeah it looks like it's available to buy now w/ my main account. It wasn't available before. Maybe people complained and they changed it. :p

From the F13 site (just posted a few minutes ago):

"We would like to update fans of the game concerning the unexpected free availability of the Tom Savini designed Jason Voorhees skin designed for Friday the 13th: The Game on the Xbox Store. A technical issue labeled the skin as a free download whereas it was only intended to be offered to those that received tokens to download via pre-order on BackerKit or as a reward via Kickstarter per an appropriate backer tier.

The link to the free download that was discovered by fans has been around since the launch of the game, unknown to Gun Media or IllFonic. Upon discovery, we worked with Microsoft to correct the error and ensure that the skin could no longer be accessed. For technical reasons the link will remain on the Xbox Store, but will only be available for download by its intended recipients. We are also working with Microsoft to remove access from those that should not have been able to download the content.

This was an unfortunate circumstance, one that was in no way intended by Gun Media, IllFonic or Microsoft, and our apologies to our backers who purchased this skin with the knowledge that it would remain an exclusive to backers as thanks for their support"
