As with other games, you don't have to be Gold.

To get the free game:

1. Create an account on Outlook.com and select Japan as the country.
2. Go to the offer URL and log in using the account you just created.
3. That's it, the game should now be free to download.
4. If you cannot download, you must delete the profile from the console, turn the console off and on again, and when you select a profile, click on download profile, login with this account, it will take some time and you're done.

What's going on?! So many free games... Mistakes or what?!

 
I wonder how do people know so many "wrong prices" 360 titles ( I would call it ) on so many different regions?
There is no "sort by price" on 360 website domain or console you know.

I misunderstood what you were saying. I thought you meant that you grabbed the CURRENT games from the 4-5 regions. You are correct, it is highly unlikely you will get a ban now for your dubious actions during the Oman wars.

I personally know both, people who got banned for downloading the games and those who did not get banned. They essentially did the same thing and downloaded games the same way as far as I can tell.

I sincerely wish those of you choose to download the current batch of games the best of luck. There is likely a 99% chance that nothing bad will happen to you. For me however, that tiny chance of getting punished will keep me from doing this. Sure I can get 4-5 crappy games, that I will most likely never play for free. However, I am not going risk losing access to the 1,500 games I legitimately obtained to do so.

Anyway, end of the public service announcement here. :)

When you search for titles like Forza Horizon 2 and Just Dance 2018, it refines no results.

And the game De Blob 2 does NOT show free at all, are you sure this site?

As you are not able to purchase 360 games in most other countries, because they are locked to the account-region, it would not make so much sense. Only a few other countries (depending on your location) would work when using a VPN.

However, Xbox One games do not thave these limitations and you can purchase everywhere in theory. But of course there are some technical limitations, which are not always easy to bypass. But in general you can get the games from almost everywhere except China and Egypt.
Think of it like there are "easy" countries, with not much effort to get the game from another country and there are "harder" countries like Argentina or Turkey, where different things need to work together, that you would be able to purchase a game there.

If you're interested in this, you can check the help section of xbox-now to understand how it is working.

You never need VPN to check a price. Scroll up re-read dude.

Also does someone in here play World of Tanks? I have some 360 codes worth premium, money and a free tank. The 360 servers are closing really soon, probably tomorrow but it has cross save with the XB1. Let me know.

Yeah I know. I just figured with them realizing that there were technical difficulties, they'd put it out there for a lot longer to allow people who have been waiting for it to get it.
