I was randomly browsing ps app on my iphone and noticed syphon filter (ps1) is free for me. Apparently wild arms and syphon filter games could possibly be free for you for ps5/ps4 give it a search
 
This. if you bought several before the purchase may carry over since they introduced extra and premium psplus tiers. I bought those before ps3 Era and you don't have to buy those again

Circulating back to this situation:

I am wondering if there is a way that we can figure out how to discover PAID (non ps plus) items that are entitled to our playstation accounts marked as FREE such as Syphon Filter (PS1).

For example Syphon Filter was not found in “Your Library” since it is a Paid and un-purchased item.

Any ideas how we might be able to accomplish this mission?

Well back on my PS3 I was able to differ on my download list between the two as the titles that I had were PS+ were always put at the top of the download wlist when I hit my reup date every year with the 'purchase date' as set to that date. So if a title was mixed in a long list with everything being the same date, I knew that it was probably from PS+.

So when they announced that they were starting putting PS1 titles on PS+, I went through my download list and wrote down every title that wasn't lumped in the mention section of the list. This way when something came up I knew that I could grab Harvest Moon, Wild Arms 2, Legend of the Dragoon & ect.

It's a pain but it's a small compromise verse the alternative of Sony making you buy them again.
