My guess is it will be Guardian of Light since other SOA games are hinted at going on sale.
yeah sounds like lara croft since it looks like MS is going to discount the soa titles every holiday sale

Okay it's almost 4am here. I'm done with watching the eclipse and getting the OP up to date with sales. I'm off to get some rest, PM me if anything HUGE needs to be done, otherwise I'll be back in 8 hours or so.

oh snap, RDR Undead Nightmare collection is less than retail now...time to return my backlogged unopened copy back to Best Buy. Tomohawk punch! here I come!
Oh man.. I would've been all over Undead Nightmare if it was for 400 MSP. I guess I'm going to wait.
...you realize the savings between the current one day deal and your price point of 400 msp is $2.50? in theory when UN goes on sale again it will be 600 again and who knows when that will happen.

I picked up the Undead Nightmare Collection and the Claptrap DLC. I'll pick up Super Meat Boy later, as I want to save my points in case something else I want goes on sale.

Not guaranteeing everything will be on daily sales, but if you register for the Countdown to New Years sweepstakes and scroll to eligible content this is everything that is eligible... coincidence? Couldnt tell you which content what day, but a lot of the clues would lead me to believe that this is most likely the full list of sales

Countdown to 2011 is now in the Spotlight section of the XBOX Live Dashboard.

It shows a row of presents for each Daily Deal of the Holiday Blowout with hints. But I think the thing that pretty much lets us know exactly what will go on sale is in the "Other Holiday Deals" section. There is a contest that says "Enter to Win".

This in itself is not that odd. XBOX Live has Contests and Promotions all the time. But the most telling thing is the ELIGIBLE CONTENT section.

ELIGIBLE CONTENT:

Arcade Games
:

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
Castlevania Harmony of Despair
Perfect Dark
Monday Night Combat

LOL I'll be damned. Spectreon had the same idea as me and posted it first. :) Hopefully all this content goes on sale though. That would be awesome! I think I need to get some more Microsoft Points for this sale.

Anyone vouch if Spy Next Door was good? That thing was filmed across the street from my high school awhile ago, wanted to hear about it.

I may pick up I Am Legend. I love that movie, depends on the price.

__

I just picked up ME2 and Alan Wake, DLC for both is probable. Maybe Perfect Dark. I got all the rest, sadly.

I really hope they do some more Rock Band DLC deals.

Plan on picking up Undead Nightmare, Clap Trap Revolotion, Risk, a lot more as they trickle out.

Battlefield Vietnam today as well.

Thanks for the cred OP, think you can spell my name right though? I'd really like that:D no hard feelings

My family really enjoyed it, and who doesnt love Jackie Chan? Definite Rental to say the least

Would you guys recommend the Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare Bundle for 1200 Points? I haven't bought the game yet, but will undoubtedly pick it up sometime.

Had this been 800msp/$10 I'd be jumping all over it... but for only $5 off I'll hold out and try and get this on disc cheaper or GotY ed since I dont currently own it either... My recommendation is save your points if you dont have the game unless you know you will get asap. It is a good deal tho...

Yesss Lara will be mine. I'm guessing 800/600 points.

I'll probably pick up some Classic sonic and Super Meat Boy.

I'm also interested in Hydro Thunder, Limbo, MNC, and Castlevania depending on prices

Wait for the GOTY edition. It's a great deal. I bought the Undead Nightmare Collection for $20, barely played anything outside Undead Nightmare, totally thought that was worth $20 alone. If you don't have the disc, GOTY editions should be right around the corner, grab it then.

Ok. Updates are done. Fixed some errors (like misspelled names).

Like I said 2 hours ago, I'm off to bed. Any more errors, PM me and I will fix tomorrow today.... whatever

Also, I noticed the MUA1 DLC is back up on Xbox.com. I'd imagine that it will go done with the MUA2 DLC on 12/31. So get it now if you missed and don't want to pay GS $29.99 for the Gold Edition

lol....

So the free premium theme is already available to download on xbox.com, but I didnt see it on the dash??? Still the link in the OP works and installed just fine. Not the best looking, but its FREE and Premium... will use it til 1/2/11 just because

Yes from everything I've read Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 DLC will be gone after 12/31/2010. Starting 1/1/11 you will no longer be able to download it! (again)

Notable DLC includes

MUA1
Heroes 480msp
Vilians 480msp
Heroes/Vilians 800MSP

MUA2
Juggernaut FREE
Juggernaut 180msp
Character and Sim Missions Pack FREE
Character and Sim Missions Pack 800msp

Note the free MUA2 dlc is only so you can play with those of us who already have the paid dlc... You will not be able to play with anyone who has the paid dlc without at least the free version

I hope it doesn't since I just bought it and Costume Quest yesterday for the 400 point rebate offer, haha. But that clue seems pretty concrete that it will. I hope it's not on sale for less than 800, as I'm going to save the 400 anyway so I wouldn't be out anything (other than not having to buy Costume Quest in that scenario and wait for a sale, but I don't mind supporting Double Fine). What I would love though is if the Tempest pack DLC went on sale instead for that daily deal.

I love these XBLA sales. I really hope it is shadow broker and the writer. I understand those are the best for each game but by the time they're out I am late to the game anyways or waiting to do a new playthrough.

I stocked up to 5k points. Probably will blow through those depending on daily deals.

If you got alan wake used, you better get the signal too. If you got it new, it comes with a code for the signal.

Done beat that, yo.

All along I've been hoping for Lara Croft, Costume Quest and Limbo. 2 out of 3 ain't bad!

A huge sale with no Trials HD or MTG... weird.

I recently bought ME2 so is all the DLC worth getting?

Good to hear that the MUA1 DLC went up again, I had to grab it as I missed it the last time around. I'm just curious if you bought it, it's no longer available after 12/31/10 and you have a system swap you need to do with a license transfer. You may not get it after the swap due to it not being available for download on the Xbox.com website.

Shrike I can't tell if this is a question but I'll answer it as one anyway. In most cases items that you have paid for but are no longer "available" can still be downloaded to a new system through your purchase history. I know this to be true for titles such as MK3. I can't speak specifically to MUA content but my guess would be it's the same. I do however have items on my purchase history that say "No longer available for download" or something to that effect and I can't figure out what they were. I think in my case they are mostly trailers for the terminator TV series so probably nothing to worry about but you never know!
