We must have the same, but the modem and router are one and the same. It's great in terms of speed and internet, seems as my fiancee and I have four laptops and my iTouch is always hooked up to it.

The only issue it's given me is on the Xbox.

There problems with that modem/router and ModNation Racers on the PS3 specifically, but I don't usually have problems with games- not since getting my NAT set to open, anyway.
 
When you look at your friends list on xbl and one of your friends is playing a game in madden is their score on the right or left? Example:gbpackers94 ...... ranked match.; 2nd qtr.; 14-7

The guy who originally claimed the Browns, then he disappeared apparently claimed the Titans... :roll:

It also looks like he turned down my XBL friend request and hasn't popped in here so I'm just going to boot him next time I log on. Hopefully the real Titans owner finally gets the game for this week. We do have venom waiting in the wings to replace someone if need be.
 
Just played Ramesu and that is probably one of the best games I've ever been a part of. 38-35 Raiders. I could not run to save my life.
 
In something that is probably only amusing to me, and only because I got just 2 hours of sleep, that post made me imagine the Raiders as zombies re-enacting the "Thriller" video, and I laughed.

Ramesu's run D is definitely tough. I couldn't get anything going in Week 1 with the Colts.

Me too. You read some of those routes perfectly. I got very lucky. I was scared shitless when you hit that route on the right to Holliday. Great job stuffing McFadden. I could just hear him complaining on the sidelines.

Yeah it sucks when you diagnose a play manually and the players on your team aren't good enough to make the plays....smh.

After that pass to Holiday I was trying to determine whether I should onside it or kick it deep with 3 TO's and under 2 minutes, looks like I made the wrong decision, lol.

Cardinals 24-17. I've never been in a Madden slump like this, I suck right now. I might as well concede next week's game to the Raiders right now. I'm already tired of the Chargers offense, it can't be Season 2 soon enough, haha.

gg Darth. I appreciate you giving me a shot at the end rather than just killing the clock and kicking the FG. Too bad I couldn't make you pay. Still, classy move.
 
Redskins top the Eagles. I cost myself a close one by dropping the controller and tossing a lateral/fumble by Brent Celek. Ugh. Great game by Washington and great player in terms of etiquette.

Yeah, very fun game despite the result, it was close the whole way. You just clamped down defensively at the end and I couldn't pull a good playcall out of my ass.

I think I need to go back to the drawing board and work with some different playbooks, not sure this one is suited to my style. I've also found absolutely nothing on the ground the last couple games, which has thrown me out of my usual rhythm.

MJD hasd a stellar game, rushing the ball 25 times for 225 yards and 4 tds. He also had a TD through the air.
David garrard had a solid game despite the tretcherous downpour, completing 10 of 12 passes for 244 yards and. 2 TDs
Peyton mannning was 16-29 for 277 yards with 1 INT

Could somebody tell me how to post the highlights?

Congrats to you and thank you for being respectful in our game, but that game was so full of bullshit it frustrates me to no end. Not only was I playing against a decent defense, but also the 12th man -- LAG.

The lag was so bad I literally couldn't do a god damn thing. Every pass at the beginning of the game that I tried to bullet ended up being a lob pass, the kicking meter lag was so much worse than usual (I couldn't make a PAT nor keep a kickoff in bounds), and it took me forever to navigate through the playbooks. If I experience another game that laggy I might end up quitting the league. I only stayed and stuck it out out of respect for neworlbush25, since we wouldn't be able to restart at a later date because of our schedules.

In other news, there was a fucking incredible catch in the 1st quarter by Sims-Walker that bounced off the hands of Bob Sanders. It was literally a "holy shit!" moment. lol I will try to upload a highlight of that one.

i was taught that if i aint have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all so... imma be quiet. with the exception of a questionable 4th down attempt that kinda threw me off my game, GG Zurezo. I promise you the rematch wont be anything close to that game

It was a great game. And as for the 4th & 2 attempt, I was on my 39 and it was too far to kick a FG. I was the correct play in my mind.

I dont think I was in the wrong.

Nah. Teams go for it all the time in that range. And while I love the idea of a realistic league and whatnot...it's hard not to factor in the kick lag potentially screwing something up.

That's not even a little bit questionable, every coach in the world goes for it on 4th there.
 
maybe if u were losing, or if it was late in the game and that was to maintain possession to seal the game... but in the begining of the second qtr with the score tied?
 
I assume by your 39, you mean his? Your 39 yard line would put you in a bad position on D if you missed and a FG is out of the question unless you some sort of bionic man as your kicker. If it was in his territory on the 39, then not bad at all. A punt would probably only net you 19 yards anyways.

I think that's a pretty unique situation where 4th and 2, 4th and 1 is doable.
 
whatever... he won the game by 7... which would be the last interception i threw by pressing the wrong button... so nothin else really matters at this point. Ravens are 2-2 and i see many more losses in the near future if the secondary continues to play like fucking retards

I took it from him saying it was too far for the FG that he was on the Ravens' 39. I'd go for it there without even thinking.

And Deuce - I feel you man. I think I should be better than 2-2 as well, I'm just playing like shit at the moment, and I blame a lot of it on my secondary. I don't think I have a single pick on the season yet.
