Is he listed as your 4th or 5th WR? That might be why.

I believe Madden generates the Special Teams units based on the depth charts. Obviously a starting TE shouldn't be there. Two reasons I think this might happen:

1) You don't have enough TEs on your roster, but that's obviously not the case for you.

2) You have Clark in the WR depth chart at a spot which gets put into the kick team (4th or 5th). I'd consider that the most likely.

I know in past Maddens you could edit the individual players on the kick teams and even where they lined up, not sure if you still can or not (especially in Online Franchise).

#2 was it. It must have auto-filled some spots to compensate for the empties when I moved some of my defensive guys around after my latest trade. Thanks.

And yeah, past Maddens used to let you do that. Stupid that they removed it....

I mean, I have Gates in my WR depth chart too since I want him out there in formations that usually don't involve a TE since that's easier than subbing him in for each package. And he is out there on kicks, but I get enough touchbacks that it doesn't seem to really matter too much.
 
the Rams are willing to trade their 2nd and 3rd round picks for quality wide receiver help and quality CB help. they don't have to go to the same team.

Dolphins/Ravens retrying for the 6th time at 7pm est, tonight...for the record...yesterday's game was at 11 am....certainly not anywhere near peak ea server times...
 
What a horrible game...can't believe I just lost that. There were 4000 different scenarios that could have been slightly different for me to have won but I got screwed on every one of them. Worst one was a throw into double coverage (perfect time for an interception), then my defender tips it instead and his receiver catches it for like a 30 yard gain. Then Jimmy Clausen (91 short throw accuracy) completely misses my WIDE open receivers on slant routes...

I would look at it the other way. I mean, he can watch Boldin's 1 catch on SportsCenter in the AM, right? No need to waste 2 hours of his night.

edit: actually, you better DVR it. the catch will probably be so insignificant that SportsCenter won't even show it. :D

Is the Eagles/Colts going to be the only game holding us up from advancing tonight? If so, I propose we do something. We both gave it a try, but couldn't help the two disconnects. Maybe Indy would agree to us both getting booted and simed...
 
Well, you don't need to be booted to get simmed. But we're also still waiting on Fins/Ravens, Pats/Browns and Steelers/Bengals, who are all having their own connection/disconnection issues.

So I don't have a problem waiting until tomorrow night. It would still put us on schedule.
 
I would like to give it a go tomorrow before simming it, and that's something I really don't want to happen anyway. (sim, that is)

i aint know the game started at 7... wow. I root for the Ravens in the AFC cuz i'm in MD and i'd like to go to a playoff game in the near future... The Redskins wont be getting any HOME playoff games anytime soon so the Ravens are my best option... BUT I BLEEEEEEEED CAROLINA BLUE :mrgreen:

Steve Smith out for 8 weeks too, now I've got a group of receivers led by the 71 OVR rookie Brandon LaFell. DeAngelo is gonna have to carry the workload even more than he has been this year.

I can't think of a worse one off the top of my head, especially with the field position they had all night.

If that's the Mark Sanchez we're going to see all year, that is a .500 team at best. He literally looked afraid to take any shots downfield, even at the end, it was unbelievable.
 
I just had a wonderful evening watching the Ravens beat the Jets, If I did not have to work tommorow I would head downtown because I know its crazy right now , lol

Now to more league related note Duece now that Ray Lewis is out are you looking to trade him I would love to have his inspiring attitude on our sidelines lol

I can't really spare any CBs unfortunately...I think I'm just gonna try to make due with what receivers I have at the moment.

I hate the Jets and even I feel a little depressed after watching that game.
 
Pretty much everything that Jets fans were psyched for fell apart tonight. Greene was dreadful, Sanchez was even worse. Other than the pick Cromartie was pretty bad, especially with those penalties, as was Kyle Wilson. The defense overall was obviously great, especially against the rush. But combine the loss with losing Jenkins, and I wouldn't blame ubernes for being in a drunken stupor right now.
