Madden 11 League-OFFICIAL CAG LEAGUE-That's all folks! Mini-tourney still coming tho!

The Giants ground game was dominant at a rain soaked Meadowlands. Brandon Jacobs was especially impressive, rushing 16 times for 164 yards and 4 touchdowns. His most outstanding run came on this 53 yard touchdown early in the first quarter.

Big Blue's defense was also excellent, recording 3 sacks, 2 interceptions and 1 safety. Defensive MVP for the game was Antrel Rolle, who recorded his league leading 4th interception and had 6 tackles including 1 TFL.

I think mine is Moderate and I had issues changing it to 'Open'.

If it's OK with Atlanta, I think we should try again on Thursday. I'm switching from Verizon to Charter then.
 
I know it's a pain in the ass, Pacer, but as I said before, calling Verizon can get your NAT set to open. They'll actually take control of your computer and do all the technical crap for you. Once that is over with, you should have no further issues.

Very good point. I was mulling that over a bit on what to do. I'd hate to leave the Titans left open AGAIN if we did that swap and had to wait for red worm. From my RROD experiences I think he's looking at like 3-4 weeks door to door, if I remember correctly. And we'll be done with this season or close to it.

But, I think it would make the most sense to put the red worm to the top of the waiting list. Give venom the Pats assuming he wants them. And there was someone who posted a few pages back looking for a team (I need to dig it up, I was a bad commish for not putting his name on the OP right away, oops) and give that guy the Titans.

And yeah, replacement time for a RROD is at least 3 weeks.

I'm hoping my thread title change will get someone in here for the Titans. I did contact that guy via PM but I think he joined just for this league so I don't know if he'll swing back in here. I'll have a 15-24 hour window for him to claim the Titans, and hopefully if he doesn't claim them someone pops in by then and we can move on with a full league.

lol, i was referring to most of my online (non online franchise) games... stupid little 12 year olds who think hb screens and nano blitzes are the only plays in the book:D

Psh Your just mad cause I beat you :) I'll do it again! Unless of course you've already played 2 Games against the Pats. Hahaha. I don't think my Field Goal thing even works, I couldn't get it to work in the Demo, and I stopped using it after we established it was an exploit. :p lol

The Jets were looking great in the first half as they established the run nicely in the rain. (Greene, 100+ yards) It stalled a bit in the 2nd half and I got a little pass happy because of it. Edwards had another nice showing, almost hitting 200 yards. Caught a beautiful pass on a fade route for one of his two TDs. Jason Taylor filled in nicely for Harris, as he grabbed an INT in coverage. Broncos were kept to negative yardage in the running game, but eclipsed 300 yards through the air. I'm a little mad at myself at some of those catches you had in the late parts of the game. I played in coverage a lot with my DBs and while I thought I had a receiver covered well and figured to at least get my hand on the ball, and it would sail over my head.

(I won by a score, but I forget it off the top of my head, 35-28 I believe)

Ouch...Moreno with 8 rushes for -14 yards with a long of 1 yard...no one should have to endure that!
 
My 360 died right before I head out to work. Just got home and see that my team isn't mine anymore. My 360 is way beyond the warrenty so I'll be getting a new 250gb black (I refuse to call it a slim because it's not slim) this week. I left the league so my weeks opponent could get his game in and not wait on me. I could've probably seen it coming that I would get replaced in the time period of me being at work but I'm a little sad that I'm on the outside looking in and I was having fun in the league. I can see that you guys figured you needed to fill a spot thinking I'd be out for 3-4 weeks, but I'd hope you'd have waited on a little more info from me before you dropped me out of the league and onto the waiting list.

Sorry man, I think if you'd mentioned that you were going to get a new one, no one would have even considered dropping you. It was probably a bit hasty, but it definitely wasn't personal.

And gg Deuce. It's definitely building up my confidence after 3 straight losses that I was able to win scrim's today against you and ubernes, and lose a close game to BigAT (which, let's face it, is pretty good). My new look offense awaits the Rams. :D
 
had this been a league game, Antonio Gates wouldnt've been open the whole game... i figured since i played with the Ravens, i didnt wanna show u my entire bag of tricks lol. As far as my offense goes, i was wingin it cuz i aint realize until late in the first that i had Buffalo's playbook instead of Baltimore's. It was a GG tho...

Sorry man, I feel bad since I'm the one who brought it up in the first place. I guess I just assume RROD = 3 week hiatus. Hopefully it works out.
 
I'll have my new console either tomorrow or Thursday, probably Thursday since I'm off all day and I'll have to drive to Madison to pick one up at Target (free controller for the gf to use ftw).
