You'd need at least 10 minute quarters to even think about approaching those season tackle goals in Madden.

Hopefully next year it will scale the goals for the quarter length, but I wouldn't count on it.

Uber and I almost tied as well but we both had the ball multiple times in OT. It was a really good defensive battle. Thankfully my guys made the play to win late in OT.

ya that would be nice it seems like making at least 1 WRs goal is very easy and u either go with the QBs goal or the running back unless ur amazing. and CB/FS/SS INT goal is pretty easy to do as well.

i know last year i got my RBs goal WRs goal and just a little short of my QBs goal but my running backs goal last year was only 600 yards now its 1500 and i got every CB/SS/FS goal on INT
 
I got pretty conservative in OT in terms of my play-calling, especially once I got into FG range. My running game was just going so much better, I figured either McFadden was going to score or I was playing for the FG. Thankfully that also allowed me to bleed the clock and only allow OG enough time to get one of his own. The way my D was playing in the second half (not admirably) he doubtless would have scored the TD if I'd given him enough time.

Yeah, I almost thought about playing for the tie and keeping my same conservative gameplan in place, but I think we both opened it up a bit which is why we ended up with a couple possessions each. I definitely could have kept it more conservative on D as well, and that's what cost me.
 
Oh and I still can't run the damn ball! Good thing I kept Greene, because he had more yards than my rookie. The rookie gets fatigued pretty easily, so I'm glad I have Greene to rotate in. They obviously have two very different styles, so it works, but hoping I can have more than a 1 yard per carry average (or something equally bad) moving forward.

It's an effective style if you can get it going. I use McGahee to spell McFadden pretty ofte... and HOLY SHIT, how have I not started calling my running back tandem McDouble yet?!?! I feel like I've wasted a whole season.
 
pmed darth about playing late night tonight around 1230, gotta work from 3-1130 tonight. if i get the same shift tomorrow id have to play before noon or late night again. hopefully late night will work for him and if it doesnt, hopefully i wont have to work tomorrow night...

Wow team is pretty bad after not participating offseason.

Who got devery Henderson!?!?! He was my biggest weapon. Also weak on the o line a little bit and I don't have a backup qb in case drew goes down.

fuck u dickhead was tryin to figure out when could u play in more then likely not goin to be available tomorrow well when u change your tampon or whatever pm so we can get this game over

man it was close i had 3 goal line plays he scored one were he went for it on forth. same thing happen later in the game it was forth and inch for a scrore but i stuff it. Then at the end of the game 4th and goal and i stop it to win the game.

Josh Freeman QB raiting 154.4 yards 305 4TD 0 INT :) so happy with him this year i created a monster
Roddy White 8 catches for 164 yards and 2 TD



Cutler also had a big game QB raiting 101.8 306 yards 2 Td and 2 INT
Matt Forte holding him to 69 yards was what won me this game for sure.
But Brandon Marshall never gave up 7 catches 183 yards for 1 TD

another shoot out for me and another very fun game.

Cardinals fall to 1-1 after losing to the 49ers 21-14. The game turned on a kick return for a touchdown late in the third to make the game 7-6. Then a series of Mike Vick mistakes and frank gore runs made the score 21-6. Vick finally got the team in the endzone but it was too late as the 49ers recovered the onside kick. Gg cru

well i just tied my record from last year as my best start in this league but sadly i play MA next so its going to be tough becoming 3-0 but maybe some of the luck i had against him last season with stay with me this season. Here is to being optimistic :)

Hope you're excited to wait another season as well. I'd imagine whoever gets him will at least franchise him. Trust me, he won't hit the open market. I don't think a player of his level got close to the open market last year either.
