The system works fine, we're not changing it. We've had over 70 trades this season, and exactly 2 in which there's been a 3-3 split. It is simply not an issue. The rules are we need 4 votes to pass, that's how it works.
Honestly, let me get real with you for a second Ramesu: It's cool that you want to contribute and make your opinions heard. But when you seem to want to make every little thing, no matter how inconsequential, into a big issue it becomes very difficult for anybody to take anything you say in the thread remotely seriously.
It's beyond transparent that your main motivation is automatically disagreeing with everything the commissioners do. Which is certainly your right to do. But don't be surprised when we dismiss your suggestions, since all you ever do is grouse and complain.
You've had some good ideas over the life of the franchise, but unfortunately you bury them so far under mountains of inconsequential petty complaints (like this) that it's nearly impossible to find them. If you want your opinions to have the slightest impact, or affect even a modicum of change, you need to pick your spots better.

I can kinda see where he is coming from here on this one if there is a deadlock 3 on one side 3 on the other then that seems like a fair trade if anything was added then wouldnt the people who voted it as fair then would consider it un fair the other waybif something was added?

Ramesu, I have to ask... what's the point? Why make an issue out of something that's definitely not a problem. Sprice doesn't care. He's going to add something like a 3rd or a 4th rounder and it's going to pass in a day and we won't be talking about this trade ever again. I just don't get why with such a minor issue you're trying to stir up shit. Makes no sense to me.

Because I've expressed opinions on details about two of the processes that affect the entire league I somehow have it out for the commissioners? My sole purpose for mentioning my opinion on anything is to help improve the league whenever I see a problem. 2 trades out of 70 are two picks or two players etc who would otherwise belong to a different team, I do see an issue with that. I don't have any personal vendetta against any of you but obviously I can't say the same for you.
And somehow, we've reverted back to making this personal again. Smh, I really try not to participate too much here because I hate the way you generally respond and I don't like to start trouble. But, you act like a complete asshole when it comes to this for no apparent reason. I hope you feel better about yourself once you're done typing, knowing you rule with an iron fist. It's comical and sad mostly, how personal and serious this gets whenever anyone doesn't agree with you.

itlnstln said hes gone till thursdat night. Hopefully im not workin too late and he doesnt get back too late thursday. Ive had the worst luck with my opponents so far this season man its been rough. Im hopin he can give me an idea of when he'll be home, hate bein the last game

i personally do care because i felt it was fair to begin with... but ive had a feeling because of how.people view prince that somehow it get rejected which is upsetting. i do also agree with them that a 3 and 3 trade should have passed but because i had the feeling it be rejected i put forth the effort to renegotiate just in case.. its really not a huge deal and isnt worth the argument to add the 4th or player its just how some trades pass and some trades fail... every trade a person gains something they want... but regardless soon as i find out from blade if a 4th or cb works ill repost

- Only 2 (or just under 3%) of trades have ended in a hung committee. In the other instance, the trade was passed unanimously upon re-submission.

So I was simply telling you why: The reason your opinion has been marginalized here is that you haven't been judicious with it. There is an undeniable pattern of you making these tiny things into big deals, and it always becomes a giant kerfuffle when it doesn't need to be. I'm sure from your perspective, this probably seems like "keeping us honest" or "telling truth to power", etc, which is fine. But ultimately it just proves to be an unnecessary distraction and to create empty controversy where none is needed.
If someone doesn't trust us to run the league well, that's fine, but the fact is that the league is humming along well and has been for the last few years under the current regime. We're never going to please everybody, but we have the best interests of the league at heart and it is pretty much impossible to argue with the results.
If you want to make a contribution, we welcome it. But it doesn't need to come in the form of grasping onto any minor thing and trying to make it into a debate. So from that I came to the main suggestion I was trying to get across: Pick your spots.
