Doom played the CPU steelers so our game is done. I had to bail and he was already killing me :( Ive had a wonderful night of my pregnant wife puking. Great start to the end of my week.
 
i found a guy who will take the browns. he is the comish in another league i was in so hes active. he just created a cag name so once again cant post for a few days.

Mile High was the Commish in my other league he is a good dude and will stay active.

Og whitewidow if we advance tonight are you around this evening or tomorrow afternoon? Normally I can play any time after 4 but I have a Dr. app at 5 so ill be home around 6 pm tomorrow maybe a little earlier.

We mostly coordinate games via CAG PM. Posting in the thread trying to set up a game is notoriously unreliable. Let me know if you need help figuring out how CAG PMs work.

og can be a bit spotty with them though, so in his case I'd suggest also sending him an XBL message.

In the future you need to try CAG, and if you're having trouble getting a game scheduled with someone you need to let us know before the night of the deadline. If we hear about scheduling issues earlier, there is more we can do to be accommodating (either in helping you set the game up or else letting you play the CPU if your opponent can't make it). Waiting until an hour or so before the deadline to say that you haven't talked with your opponent really doesn't leave us a lot of options other than to sim it, especially when it's the only game holding us up, sorry.
 
That's cool knock me out the playoffs I been trying to play all day I understand that and he didn't pm me either and with his team 2 and whatever (no disrespect) a sim doesnt mean anything to him
 
If you were trying to play all day why did you wait until tonight to even bring up the fact that you were having trouble scheduling it? If you'd come to us earlier we would have been able to do something, like we always do when people have the same situation.

This is the second game in a row you've had simmed. Schedule your games on time and you won't have games simmed. If you're having trouble reaching your opponent, let us know, and we'll do something about it. Seriously, you're not new here, this is the way it's always worked and it's not complicated.
 
Door opened for the Jets for just an hour. Tanabeo, you're the cheesiest mother fucker I've ever played outside of ranked games. GG. Got screwed on a fumble as well. Shocker.

Anyway, I believe that officially eliminates the Jets from playoff contention, meaning the AFC picture is set.

Very good season uber, I've got to admit I'm a bit glad you're not in considering how badly you whooped me in that Broncos-Jets game. ;)
 
Screens aside, I don't think his 5 wide QB sneak bullshit is even legal. I don't know why I care but I hope I never see that guy in a game again.

Finishing .500 or a game over doesn't mean anything to me unfortunately. Playoffs or bust. This season was a bust. Got away from my run game these last few games.

I'm more used to your playstyle having to play you twice a year. You beat me the first time we played this year, remember.

I don't think your playstyle veers into "illegal cheese" which is why I've never made an issue out of it. The offense you run bares very little resemblance to anything realistic though. The QB sneaks on 5-wide, the constant screens and dumpoffs to Slaton. It's easy to stop once you've seen it a few times, but it's definitely on the cheesier end of things. I think you know that.

You haven't been paying attention then, we sim games in this situation pretty much every single week. We simmed yours last week, along with at least one other. It's not personal. You're making the playoffs anyway.

You ran screens to so thats like the pot calling the kettle black. And as for running I ran with him a grand total of 5 times one time he fumbled and gave you the ball. If you drop 8 back and only send 3 9 times out of ten I'm going to run and not risk the pick. Most the time after I do it once people call QB spy to stop it and works wonders for them.

Pretty much everyone does. He only does it a few times a game though, from when he's played me. If he was doing it all the time I'd have a bigger problem with it. I think Pryor had 5 runs against me, that's not unreasonable.
 
I've never seen Tan do anything that I strongly felt violated league rules. If I had, I would have done something about it.

Your offense is definitely pure gimmick though. I do wish you'd work on learning a more conventional offense because I think honestly you'd be better served by it. That stuff you run is really easy to stop once your opponent gets a handle on it.

I ran maybe 2 screens but nice try.

Honestly don't give a shit at this point. Again, just hope I never have to play you again. I can game plan for cheese but prefer not to.
 
Just a heads up to everyone if you think what I'm doing in the game is cheese pause and send me a message bv has done it before and I stopped haven't done it since
 
Dump offs on a swing route is not a screen just a heads up and slaton had 3 catches 1 of those was a screen and I don't do WR screens so I don't get were your getting these screens from.
 
The only play you run I really find borderline is the one where you motion Slaton up to the LOS and then snap the ball while he's still moving out. It almost always lets him get outside of the coverage for an easy completion. I think that one might be pushing it.
