Man, I really dropped the ball by ignoring this topic after I got my free EGM a while back. I just got in on Stuff and Maxim. Thanks guys. Great job!

I got two copies of Tips and Tricks this month . . . one of the Freebizmag offers I had to give my wife's name to get it to work . . . then I got one on my name later . . . anyway I called and now I have T&T coming until June of 2006 . . . cool!

Is that deal still alive?

Meh, not that great of a newspaper plus they don't deliver to Davis (although that hasn't been a problem for others) and they take your number. I'll pass. Obviously a good deal, but I'll stick to online news...

I'm sorry. Only me and a few others actually posts the deals, and I can't be on the PC 24/7; I get lucky if I can squeeze on 45 minutes.

Btw, if nobody caught it, Computer Shopper.
slide, try to post stuff that you see there on here. That would help the thread out.
i will start this week doing that lol dont ask me why but took me this long to figure out cut and paste

do we just list free mags here or free anything i think its just mags

hasnt really been any mags since sunday
Sorry I'm doing the best I can, people.
fuck all the whiners, man. You're already doing more than enough. You don't even have to post these here, but you do. I signed up for a bunch of them. :D Thanks.
Sorry I'm doing the best I can, people.
I just want to say thanx for all the magazines you have thrown out to everyone, people need to be a lil more greatful and not just expect it from ya
Sorry I'm doing the best I can, people.
You have no reason to apologize. You are doing everyone a service (and an excellent service I will add) but notifying us of these free subs. Because of you, we can read more and enjoy more periodicals. I especially want to thank you for this new USA Today subscription. Finally, there's a USA Today offer with no zip-code restrictions. It'll be great to have a newspaper again.

Any contribution is better than no contribution. Screw all the whiners.

I have a semi deal for people that I got through my school. http://www.simplymagazines.com/?id=12848

5 Mags for $30, not a bad deal considering there are a lot of choices. Also, anything with an extra CD/DVD would be included unlike with most of the free subs. Just wanted to post this, hopefully somebody finds this interesting...
Sorry I'm doing the best I can, people.
Don't feel sorry! I really appreciate that you're taking time out of your busy schedule to post these. A huge thanks! :)
dude if we order and your school rips us off can we go slap the teachers around lol
There are like a thousand professors at my school (major university). Well, maybe not that many, but there are a lot. Go ahead and try it out if you want to though....
Here we go dont know how good READ THE FINE PRINT

http://www.magazine-bin.com/
"DMC guarantees that all approved members of Magazine-Bin.com will receive at least 2 magazine subscriptions of their choice. Approved members do not have to pay for these products. However, we do require that members return a brief written testimonial no earlier than 30 and no later than 90 days after the receipt of any chosen publication. Failure to return this testimonial will result in the member being removed from our magazine subscription program. We ask that you not apply for membership unless you truly want to receive free magazine subscriptions and return the testimonial as outlined."

Sounds like a hassel to me :?

Sounds like a decent deal to me, I would totally be up to giving a testimonial for mag subscritions, especially since they have so incredibly many to choose from. And if you refer 5 more people to it then you get 3 more subscriptions free, they dont even have to join you just need to refer them I believe.

This is like the free iPods stuff to me. Seems a little iffy to give them your name and address for this stuff. If people get it, great for them. I ain't giving my info, but if you guys want to, by all means...

That Magazine Bin has got BUNCHES of mags, including many I've never seen offered 'free.'
One other company does something simlar, and you just have to contact them with how quickly you get your issues or something like that.
Thanks for Boating Life, signed my dad up.

I signed up for Magazine Bin . . . but I'm fearless (foolish?) with these kinds of things . . . as long as they don't want credit card info . . .

Will be interesting to see if it works.

My first post here and it's a great value!

Game Developer

www.gdmag.com/freeyear

Came with an insert in my new issue, it's a $71.40 value. You just have to answer some questions and answer them to the best of your knowledge. Great mag for the aspiring game designer/programmer.

enjoy a long long wait for 3 post ahead of you i signed in the first week of aug and never got anything from them saying they are sending me anything what means they r out of books.

if i get something in oct thats 2 month wait just to hear they are sending me anything add 6 week on to that so if you go now you might get your first book by March 2005 lol

Game Infromer is a stinking pile of monkey crap...its written by people who are EMPLOYED by GameStop so all of the reviews that get good scores are for games that the store is PUSHING that month...what a joke...for MONEY well spent...take $15.00 go down to your local EBGAMES and buy their magazine....its written by gus employed at ZIFF DAVIS AND it gives you over $150 in coupons every month....lets see Game Informer do that....what a joke that mag is...I'll read it just too feel good about myself...bunch of sell-outs
IMO Game Informer is the best magazine out there, especially for the price. Gamepro isn't nearly as good.
