Mass Effect 3 Discussion Thread

I read all of a Foundation and in the end, it's pretty bland. But it does fill you in on some behind the scenes stuff that is sort of interesting. For a buck an issue, eh, I say it's worth it for the ME die hard fanatics.

That's actually Ashley, and yeah, she looks pretty awful. I grabbed two today while I was at Gamestop, got Illusive Man and Wrex. Wrex is incredibly easy to pick out by the way, he's really round and much larger than the others. They were $4.99 each for anyone thinking of getting some.

Box showed up for me today and it said ThinkGeek on it. I'm like ahh I didn't order anything from ThinkGeek lol. Yup got my Bioware stuff! I wanna go through that art book but I'm wrapping up these as Christmas gifts. :p

It took me a few years to finally get to it, but it felt great once I 100%'d ME1. The achievements in ME3 are pretty easy and I was surprised how 'doable' Insanity was in ME1.



I'm all into the Xbox One at this point, but I've been thinking about replaying ME3. I still haven't done that since all of the DLC has been out. God please re-release this trilogy on the current gen. At this point, I don't even care if it's remastered, HD'd, or remade in any way. Just a straight digital release, please.

Also, any of you hooligans have all of the achievements for the mobile game on Window's phone? I have the game (on android, ipad and windows phone) and it's not that good. But, dang, it'd be cool to have all of the achievements for that, too.

Yeah, I posted a while back what acheivements I have left for ME1 but they really arent much, I think I dont even need to do a whole playthrough for them.  ME3 is even less as I'm only missing 4 or 5 achievements.

 
ME3 doesn't have the lame restricted allies achievements that ME1 had so ME3's achievements are, yeah, way easier lol.

I agree, even as someone who has the Collector's Editions for each Mass Effect, there needs to be a trilogy release for the One.

If that rumor pans out, I guess you can end up playing ME3 on the most systems out there:

PC

Xbox 360

PS3

Wii U

XB1

PS4

ME1 and ME2 would slip in with all of the above save the Wii U, though how many times does one need to play the same game over and over again? ;)

 
Brandon Keener, aka Garrus, seems to be in every commercial these days. Have you seen him in the latest KFC one lol. I hope all those commercials and voice over work are paying the bills.
 
I have never played any of the mass effect games fully through other than Number 1 would you guys advise to play them over DA:I? I am getting a hankering to play through one of the 2 series. I finished DA2 about a year ago.

You're asking the wrong crowd if you want an unbiased opinion on if you should or should not play through the Mass Effect series. Seriously, most of the people in this thread live at this address:

N7 Spectre Lane

Presidium, Citadel, Milky Way M8-M9-M28

Best series ever and an absolute must play. No joking around. Then play Inquisition because it's fantastic.

I loved the first one no doubt (ME) just put 10hrs straight on ME2 and found that I couldn't save so put the game aside then someone borrowed and never returned it. Plan to do a nice play through the series to enjoy it then go back and try for 100% completion.

The gameplay is completely different. But if you're into the moral choices, dialogue, and character relationships in Mass Effect, you'll find a lot of similar material to enjoy in Dragon Age.
