Modern Warfare 2 CAG Clan - Wednesday/Friday @ 7PST/10EST
Also replied to your PM Kaiser Von Diaperman
And he thought I was rough with Kaiser Von Candyass.

Probably messing with my Move (yes, I got it, don't ask) and then some Crackdown 2 tonight.

Does it vibrate?

Not to double post but my home theater protector bit the dust, it randomly powers on and off with some LEDs working and not working. Thankfully APC is honoring their lifetime warranty and sending me a new unit. Yay APC. Only sucky thing is I won't be going too nutty until it comes in so expect me to be a bit sparse.
Oh the joys of your friends bagging on you for having a baby... thanks guys.
If you had a baby I definitely want some of the profits. Seriously, I never figured out asexual reproduction.

haha great line evil. Hope to be on friday but man o man who new learning could be so hard :(

Also I been playing a bit of Halo Reach and wow I dont understand why people rave about Halo's multiplayer...... But if anyone is up for some Halo send me an invite. Might need to get used to emptying an entire clip and half before you can kill someone.......

Hehe. I just found this funny but I commented I somebody else's blog and I just realized something that's going to sound dirty as hell. I have to blog about it now, because it's going to be one of those blogs where evil comments and disowns me for the rest of his adult life.

Link to TMK's entry I commented on:

The blog will be up shortly after I compose myself because I just couldn't help laughing at the circumstance.

Edit: Blog is up. http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/blog.php?b=16749

Um, have you been trying to figure this out for a while? Just go the easier route. Find a nice (or not nice) woman, depending on your tastes, go out and have a few drinks, see where it goes, get a call a few months later, and blam, you have a baby. Or you could do like I did, get married, plan for a baby, enjoy the "trying" to make a baby, and be surprised when you succeed. Then realize your video game habit is going to seriously suffer.

I think he meant you, as a male, had a baby. :whistle2:#

Everyone should really lighten up on the von Diaperman. I mean, can't you tell that the lack of sleep has already been affecting him based off his messages? Also, who can fault him for slipping one by the goalie?

BTW - I already have a 3 year old "helping" me lose game playing times. It is most wonderful when he comes out of his room to tell me "you need to go to bed and quit playing these games." Trust me, with an infant you can still play games...I mean, the wife is feeding the kid, right? That only leaves you to change a diaper or two.... ;)

Being serious for a second, my wife actually got tennis elbow from playing too much Wii sports table tennis the year my son was born....she was holding him with one arm and playing with the other.

SERIOUSLY. You have no idea. Then, all of a sudden, it's years later and you realize you have a pile of games that you forgot you even bought.

I have a 7 yr. old, 4 yr. old, and 1 yr. old....1 Prestige in MW2 is 1 more than I ever thought I'd get. Pro tip: Nap time is your bestest friend. Ever.

I caught the whole male pregnancy thing. I failed the sarcastic retort.

Now, who is playing tonight? I have been requested to play later in the evening, so probably around 8pm PST. I will see who is on when I log in to PSN.

I was waiting for you to pop up on the PSN all this week about Spec ops, as I've been available(no work, gotta fill time besides sleeping and being sick). I should be around, I got a friend who is coming over in about an hour but I don't foresee me not playing.

4 kids - 9, 6, 3, 1 - that's why i suck at games in case anyone was wondering.

I'm in no rush for kids, I had one little scare that taught me to always to put on Jimmy's cap. There's nothing like having an irregular girlfriend who you like and love but have to wait damn near 2 months to know you're in the clear. My cousin on the other hand had one girl pissed at him, told him she was pregnant and when he tried to reach me, my mom, his brother or anybody else, all he got was my other cousin who tormented him so badly in his moment of extreme 17 year old panic that he learned his lesson. The girl told him at the end of the day she was pissed he didn't call and made it all up.

My son love Forza (real cars) and Burnout Paradise. For him I have a DS waiting for his birthday and will be getting TD Unlimited 2 and GT 5.

*Sigh* I think I'm officially done with MW2, but look forward to playing Black Ops with everyone getting it. Dead Rising 2 comes out Tuesday, then Fallout Vegas a couple weeks after that....then Black Ops...and I'm backlogged with the NFM games I got...and I must try to destroy Samsung for having the worst "executive" customer service period. I mean, I'd still be upset if this was their regular cs. How hard is it to setup and exchange and why can 4 people not get it right over a weeks time? I'm literally calling them and conference calling in the retail store. Sorry, bitter party of one here.

hey what's up. i've been a self torturing trip lately i havebeen forcing myself to play bad games ie Clash of the titans.. kane and lynch 2 and so on . But now i am back and in the mood for some Senseless Zombies Slaughtering while window shopping in a upscale mall.

Also will be on moh and fallout new vegas (i know it aint co op but we can still share strategies) ....

Was gifted Halo.. reach and Crackdown 2 now i gues this means i need to go get one of those slim xbox's

I plan on having my kids earn me some trophies too, but a 3 month old is fairly useless in that regard. Trying to plat some games before selling em which includes RDR and MW2 (still need those spec ops, NOKILL/SKYDIVE/FRED where are you?).

Wish I had some of Velo's perseverance to push 2800 trophies.

I'm going to hold onto MW2 for a little bit but I've been hitting my backlog of demos and games. I never really trade stuff in so it's not like it's going anywhere since I really do consider MW2 the best shooter 2 years in a row so far.

I plan on picking up Black Ops and Metal of Honor in terms of FPS, I'll likely snag Gran Turismo 5(still can't decide collectors edition or not) and Enslaved in the upcoming weeks. Gran Turismo is like an addiction, I consider it my preferred version of Pokemon, where instead of evolving a cute little nothing on a Nintendo handheld system I no longer own, I tweak every ounce out of a car that I love. I hope to see you guys along that journey because this year looks to be the best PS3 year yet.

Pretty sure I'm picking up Black Ops, Fallout: New Vegas, the new Twisted Metal when it comes out, and maybe a few more thrown in there, but not sure when I'll ever get to play them.

Yeah I think I'm officially done with MW2 also. I'm definitely getting :ps3:CoD: Black Ops and am looking forward to getting :360:Halo: Reach, :360:Fallout: New Vegas, and :360:Fable III.

I noticed your homage to NK4Y.

I too am getting sick of MW2 a bit. It just feels like everything about it is getting a bland. As in, I just don't get the rush I used to when I jumped into a match, now it just kinda feels like a timekiller unless I am really tooling people.

The game is too broken to be fun at this point. Noob tubers, oma, danger close people, commando freight trains, people using AR's as sniper rifles, quickscoping, have basically made the game a unplayable mess.

I cannot join a game without getting infuriated and just so mad i want to strangle someone. Basically everything i named is gone from Black Ops, which is why its so exciting. MW2 was basically a beta test for black ops.

Just the other night I was playing FFA and some quickscoper was on the top. Same night, I'm in Domination and a bunch of 10th Prestige guys come in with the top guy having the unattainable spinning golden skull...we got tooled by those guys, obviously.

I am VERY interested in Black Ops though, considering the game seems to be on a more even playing field and more about skill then just quickscoping people or running around blowing past claymores and stabbing everyone. Plus, split screen co-op ONLINE!

P.S. Everyone says MW2 was a beta test for Black Ops, but MW2 was made by Infinity Ward and Black Ops is being made by Treyarch, so I don't know just how much communicating was done between the two. I think of it more like Black Ops is just the next generation of Call of Duty, and they took real notice about how much people hated MW2's flaws.

Eh, MW2 would have been a million times better with dedicated servers. It would have stopped the host advantage and the lag switching, the exploiters and the people who send attacks at the host's IP addy because they're getting their ass whooped. That's honestly what the core of the problem is. Noob tubers, Danger Close, Commando and Quickscopers don't really make up the majority of the problems that make the game suck since you can largely defeat those problems with a running class and Rangers. That and they need to fix the leaderboards but with IW being gutted, obviously there is nobody to police the PS3 side any more.

I don't think Black Ops will be better than MW2 in terms of actual game play, just a lot of the problems with the Host system will be gone and there will be less to complain about overall. Except now if the servers go down or get laggy under load, you'll have a new complaint.

Mad. you said something in a previous post about looking for co op on dead rising 2. i gamefly'd it and it will be here thurs.. catch me online if you wanna co-op it or just mess around with it

Meant to PM you about that but I kept forgetting. I really have no interest in Dead Rising 2, having never played the first. I'll probably pick it up when it's cheaper than MSRP but it's not a high priority for me since GT5, Enslaved, Metal of Honor, Call of Duty and possibly Castlevania. Might have gotten me mixed up with the Spec Ops stuff I was flinging at Kaiser.

If anybody wants to do any Spec Ops, let me know, I'd like to unlock Echo just to have it available for anybody that may want to plat the game.

Mad, if you are on tonight and not playing Disgaea 3, then I will see you in spec ops. Try doing the easy missions solo, there are quite a few.

you're cheating on me with Mad now?
Mad, if you are on tonight and not playing Disgaea 3, then I will see you in spec ops. Turns out I didn't get past Chapter 3 and now I'm on Chapter 4. I totally love grind-fests but I'll always take an invitation to a real game rather than grind something I can do any later time.
you're cheating on me with Mad now?
Hey, it's not cheating if you do it in a different state. That's like rule number 3, if you're wondering what rule 1 and 2 are, watch Fight Club.
Not yet anyways, haha. Where have you been Fred?
Yeah, where have you been, Fred? Has Seuss subjected you to many Starcraft 2 probings? I think you're cheating on Kaiser with Seuss, same state! Cheater!

And I thought you were going to go off and quote something from Zombieland....like the Double Tap.....or Cardio.

Going to practice the Double Tap tonight when I break out Dead Rising 2.....

To Quote Road Trip:

E.L.: Well, there are these rules that guys have, an understanding as to what exactly constitutes cheating. Take your situation for example: it's not cheating. It's never cheating when you're in a different area code, not to mention a different state.
Kyle: That makes no sense.
E.L.: Hey, don't look at me Kyle, OK, I didn't make up the rules.
Rubin: No no, this is legit, I- I've actually read an article about this. There's a whole bunch of them, it's like- they're like loopholes. Right, for argument's sake, let's say that you were sleeping with two girls at the same time, it- it wouldn't be cheating because they would cancel each other out.
E.L.: Exactly. Or if, uh, you're too wasted to remember- it is not cheating. Because if you can't really remember it, it never really took place.
Kyle: It's not cheating if you spread peanut butter on your balls and let your dog lick it off.
[Josh, Rubin and E.L. are understandably repulsed]
Kyle: Because it's your dog.
Rubin: Jesus Christ!
Kyle: You know, because it's YOUR dog, get it?
Rubin: Yeah, we've got it.

So yeah if you couldnt have notice but I am also taking a break from mw2 for now....... Who new that brain surgery took so much of your time
Hopefully to be back when my schedule gets cleared out a bit and I should be by when black-ops drops in.
But I am looking for a nice drop in and drop out game for now. Was thinking of getting dead rising 2 can anyone else vouch for the game and I heard there's some coop?

only 2 more lvls till I get back to 70 and then I start finishing up some other games.

Servers going down last night was a good thing for some much needed sleep.

There is drop-in / drop-out coop in the game. However, it only advances the storyline of the host, but you get your "PP" as they call it...since I don't read the manuals, I assume that means Player Points....PP, XP, whatever. They also have a few FFA types, but I only played for about 90 minutes last night. Nothing like running around with the chainsaw, sledgehammer, or a baseball bat with nails in it for some fun. I did skip the mower last night, but know where it is at.......
