Mushroom Kingdom Hearts (Wii)- April Fools Joke?

In the new EGM there is a picture showing Mickey, Sora, and Mario all holding Keyblades. According to EGM, this picture was sent to them by Square, and the game will feature 41 Nintendo characters. I will upload the pic in a bit if someone doesn't post it. Anyways, I think this is just going to be between the actual Kingdom Hearts 3 just like Chain of Memories went between 1 and 2.

Edit: I made this thread too fast and didn't read carefully. This is clearly an April Fools Day joke.

Yeah, April Fools joke, and a pretty lame one even by EGM's standards. But hey, I can't complain, I get what I paid for (EGM for free through 2011 ;)).
 
Why does EGM pull the April Fool's joke on Nintendo fans? Last year was the "realistic" Wind Waker remake. Now, it's "Mushroom Kingdom Hearts."

This thread is clearly proof that they don't have to try as hard anymore. And like I said in the other thread, they don't want to hear it from the burned gamers and the publishers who can't deliver on their legitimately cool 'joke' ideas.

haha, EGM Free till 2010.

I will admit though, I am a little sad to see how crappy the magazine's become. I used to subscribe when I was a kid and the magazines were over 200 pages. They blow now.

Still, the best April Fools joke ever was Sonic and Tails in Smash Brothers Melee. That even got me.

Yeah, it should have been something Halo 3 related - like a report on substantial development difficulties or something ;). That would have gotten more of a response, I'm sure.

Well, yeah, that's actually one of the things that makes this joke kind of lame. It COULD happen (though I doubt with the Mario characters).
