My Coke Rewards is dead, long live Coke Rewards. Or not.

Not that I know about. They ended their zero/diet 12 pack promo a day earlier than announced last week which is the last one I was aware of.
Thinking of taking my (4) 12 pack Coke coupons and trying them with this 4/$10 CVS deal. Worst case I get them free, best case I get $4.99 deducted for each and they pay me to buy Coke from them ... :)
No, best case (in reality) scenario would be you taking 4 12-packs to the counter and using 2 coupons and paying like $.02 (plus applicable tax/deposit, obviously), which is what I *almost* got tonight. I ended up paying $.20 for 4 12-packs, plus $4.80 in MI deposit, for a total of $5 ($4.80 of which I'll receive back), and only used 2 of my coupons.

Why shouldn't you try your scenario, you ask? Because if somebody rings them up at $4.99 per coupon, and end up owing *you* money? You will never, *ever* get it (not in cash, not in gift card form, *nada*), and you'll be screwing things up for everybody. It'll be an instant red flag, they'll figure it out either by themselves or (worse yet) they'll call a manager and *they'll* figure it out, and the whole store could be on to their error.

When you try to get too cute, you're making a massive mistake.

That's a good point and probably a better way to go.
In VA. Please explain, what is this?
I'm not sure what you're asking, exactly, but I'll try to explain it as best I can. I've done this three times already.

Start out by grabbing 4 12-packs of Coke products and bring them up to the register along with your CVS rewards card, and MCR coupons if you have them (if you don't have these coupons, then the whole discussion is moot, anyway). When they scan the CVS card and ring up your 4 12-packs, hand them one of your coupons, let them scan it, and then hand them another coupon, and let them scan that one, too. Don't offer any more coupons.

See, at CVS, the register will *automatically* scan the coupon as a $4.99 discount, and if the cashier doesn't really investigate things, you can get the 4 12-packs for a sum total of 2 of the MCR coupons, $.02 out of your pocket, and whatever applicable tax and/or deposit your particular area of the country has.

Example: tonight I went to a different CVS and bought 8 more 12-packs using only 4 MCR coupons, and paid the applicable deposit and $.08. I'm basically getting two-for-one on my coupons, which are free 12-packs to begin with!

Here's another extra bonus: if you do this three times (if you buy a total of 12 12-packs), CVS will spit out a receipt for a free $10 CVS gift card which you can then redeem and use on the spot for whatever you want!

So here's how it worked for me: so far I've gotten 12 12-packs and a $10 CVS gift card, and I've spent a sum total of 6 of my MCR coupons, and $14.64 in cash, of which I'll get back $14.40 in MI deposit return when the cans are returned.

That's a pretty good deal where I'm from. I'm going to continue to try to get more later this week. The $10 CVS gift card pops out when you spend $30 on selected items at CVS, and Coke products are selected items.

Does that help you understand a bit better? The problem with drawing attention is that management might start to get too curious about what's going on when they end up owing *you* for getting your stuff there...that's why you don't want to shake the tree, so to speak.

Just got an email from MCR saying they gave me the bonus points for the Diet Coke 12-pack I entered last week when the promo wasn't working any more. So I guess they are honoring those now. Too bad I only entered one after it stopped working - figured I'd wait to see if they fixed it (when they never did at the time).

I had many more I could have entered on my wife and daughter's accounts but held off - oh well...

Just got 28 12 packs using 13 coupons at CVS, and have 2 $10 gift cards left over from the deal. Paid $0.02 for each set of 4 twelve packs, plus $2.90 in bottle deposit and tax.

$2.92 x 6 + $7.91 (from the last set where I had only 1 coupon)

$17.52 + $7.91 = $25.93 for 28 12 packs and 2 $10 gift cards. If I had used the $10 gift cards I wouldve wound up with 40 12 packs, because I have one set of $10/30 towards another gift card... so the 2 gift cards would I think spit me out another gift card.

I didnt really want any more sprite or coke though for now haha... closet is FULL.

P.S. The cashier ringing me up was really cool, and she clued me in that she "thinks" that next week (tomorrow) the sale is 5/10 on the 12 packs, and again with the buy $30 get $10 thing.. which makes the sale EVEN better for anyone who held off with their coupons.

I'm reluctant to even try this. Isn't it dependent on the cashier NOT closely looking at the coupon where there is a blank box to fill out for the price of a 12 - pack. The coupons clearly list 12 PACK -- singular while you hand them over 6 coupons (per twelve 12 PACKS). I know everyone is saying they "automatically" scan and deduct $4.99 from your purchase.

If the 5 for $10 is true then it would be even MORE conspicuous when you hand them 6 coupons with a cart full of FIFTEEN 12 packS. :whistle2:?

I just got 4 x 12 packs for .02 while I was out this evening. They rang up the Coke, my CVS card triggered the deal 4 x $10, then I handed them two of my coupons. When they scanned them the register automatically deducted the max value ($4.99) for each.

I was afraid the total purchase price would trigger a red flag but the cashier didn't even flinch. She just said "You're total is .02". I handed her a buck and walked out with my 12 packs and .98 in change :) :) :)

You do separate transactions of 4 packs each. 4 packs, hand one coupon, then a second. If/when it works, you do another set of 4. the coupon WILL deduct 4.99 from the total, it just depends if the cashier calls a manager to correct the sale or not... which did not happen to me.

Also. I did separate transactions like I said - but all in all I ended up handing them 13 coupons for 3 carts full of 28 12 packs. They didnt even blink an eye. They actually gave me their last CVS Cash Card when I did the first 3 sets, and with the second set, very politely asked me to go get a regular CVS gift card so they could give me my other $10 card.

I actually cleaned them out of 12 packs at like 16 or 20, that were in one area...and the store manager directed me to where more 12 packs were and pointed to a stack of like 20 more and asked "Will this be enough? Because there is another stack over there."

They didnt even question me at all. One lady behind me asked what I was doing and before I could answer, the cashier said "We have a sale going, and he has some really awesome coupons."

So... the stars may have been aligned on this one for me, but everything pretty much worked out as perfect as it possibly could. No trouble at all.

saw a banner ad for a MCR promo from domino's.
when you order a pizza online, add yourself a coke and if you do,you will get 10 bonus points added to your MCR.
that was all i saw in the banner but this links does prove that they are aware of it http://www.dominos.com/?&utm_source...TS&utm_campaign=MCRBONUSPTS&utm_placement=MCR
anyhow, pizza and points, technically you get 13 because of the cap on the coke as well so weeeee.

Yeah, I was surprised they didnt mind at all. They actually seemed to enjoy it a little, as the cashier and manager were making jokes and asking me if they had enough or if they needed to go get more, because I never let told them exactly how many coupons I had... I just kept doing sets of 4 using 2 coupons each time.

I couldve got more with the GCs but I figure with 28 12 packs, by the time my family and I drink all that coke, im sure I can find another deal at CVS if I need to get more coke, or use them on something else.

The bed of the truck was completely red and green with coke and sprite, and some even had to be stacked 2 rows high.

I can't find the 12 packs for $4.99 or less this week.

My fave store regular price is $5.99 for 1 case. And I'm bummed that you can't use the coupon for Fuze iced tea.

Does anyone have Dewxp codes to trade for Coke points? My son wants me to run to Target just to buy chips and mountain dew so he can get some more codes in before the promo ends (end of Jan). To me that is a huge waste of time to get crap he doesn't need. So if I can wrangle a few trades we'll both be happy ;).

I keep forgetting to redeem mine, but you're right that time's ah wasting. If you want Dew XP codes for Coke points, I'd be willing to oblige: I should have six of those Dew cap codes.

I have about 19 of my 28 coupons left at the moment. I normally don't shop at CVS but happened to be there today and was surprised that their normal Coke price on a single 12-pack is $5.79. I've used all my previous coupons at a local grocer one at a time over the last few weeks.

Last summer I used my last coupons just before they expired. 5 all at once at Walmart because I like their variety of flavors. I like Vanilla Coke and Cherry in addition to the normal Coke, Sprite, Diet, and Pibb.

I'll be ready for the next CVS Coke sale.

Too bad you didnt say something earlier. I threw away 7 of these codes I had been keeping for like 2 months, after trying to trade them over the course of that time like 4 times with no takers. I figured they weren't going to be wanted, it seemed that way anyhow, and I got tired of looking at them so I just tossed them.

Anybody ever have an issue redeeming the 250 Best Buy points? I just tried and only one was tallied into my points balance...Maybe I should just give it some time, but I redeemed 2x 250 points but only 250 were added and both are saying 'has been redeemed'

EDIT: Disregard, it printed me out a $5 reward certificate automatically, even though my preferences are to do so at $20...

There's a "Continue" tab right below the basket animation, which you can press to bypass the useless animation. It'll tell you the results immediately.
