Yes, I just entered the normal 3 point caps and they give me 6 points for each one... ;)
 
Sorry for the stupid question, but what products have to be purchased for the 10 and 20 point codes?

From the gist of what I see, it's 12 packs = 10 point codes and 24 packs = 20 pt codes, just wanted to confirm that is the case. I know that the 20 oz bottles and 2 liter bottles all give 3 pts apiece.

And also, is there one code "bundled" inside of these packs, or is there a code under each cap, just it's the same code under all of the bottle caps?

I just signed up for mcr recently and usually get a lot of individual powerade bottles. With soda, I usually adhere strictly to the ways of the Dew :).
 
Thanks for the idea about entering 10 before noon, and 10 after noon. I had about 25 of the 12-packs still in a pile because I never got around to entering them, glad I didn't now. Now they just need to get some rewards in, and its pretty cool Pepsi might also be starting a site like this up since I drink both (gotta have my Dew)
 
fuck the 20 point codes are NOT getting doubled. The 10 point codes are being bumped up to 20. If you look in your history it will list the 10 point code 2 times, and not just one 20 point code. This will help me when I email Coke and get my extra points.
 
I have two codes from 12 packs of Fresca. If anyone, who's been a member for more than a few months (sorry newbies), wants them send me a PM. I'll give one per person.

Those Coke BASTARDS!!! You're kidding me!? I just went out and bought 6 32-packs from Costco for the 25-point codes. Filled up an entire cabinet in my kitchen with the damn stuff. DAMN THEM ALL TO HELL!!!

Well, at least I swung by Target and got a few 12-packs as well (here it is 4 for $11). However, they were completely out of Diet Coke products so I just got some Peach Fresca. I have about 8 10-point codes to enter. Damn them - I was really counting on doubling those 25ers. I would have only bought 2 (instead of 6) if I couldn't get the double points. Rat bastards...

I've been looking for Peach Fresca (and the black cherry)... I tried all the local Walmart/KMart/Kroger/Shop n' Save/etc. Guess I'm going to have to run to Target this weekend.

I'm pretty pissed too about the limit. I just bought a 24-pack of Dasani. What a bunch of crap.

Well, just as a test I entered one of my six Costco 25-point codes and of course it came up as just 25 points. It was worth a shot, I guess...

Also, a heads up that the Blockbuster game rentals are back again (80 points). If I could get my Costco points doubled that would mean a free game rental (worth $7.99 or whatever) for every 2 packs (which cost $8.69 each) with 20 points left over (nearly half a movie rental). As it is, I need just over 3 for a game rental, which is not BAD, but I was expecting more today ;).

I guess it doesn't hurt to fire off an email.

Also, one of the 10 pointers I have isn't working and the code is pretty damn clear. It just doesn't like it (I've had this happen several times actually but it is particularly annoying right now).
 
Did the e-mail have any fine print on it saying anything above a certain point value would not be included in the double pts day? I entered all of my 12 pack codes this morning and they all doubled.

I was wondering that too, but I assume one of the people who got it would have checked for that. I guess I shouldn't assume ;).

It is a bit annoying that there is no info on this promo on the mycokerewards page, or when you log in, or in any email to many of us. Like I said earlier, I'm very glad the people who found out about it posted it or I would have missed it entirely. I just wish I didn't go out and buy 6 32-packs in preparation for this (given that the codes don't seem to double). Hey, maybe they will fix it for later in the day and I can use them for my afternoon redemptions.

By the way, I did fire off an email to [email protected] about the 1 25 point code I did redeem and I got an automatic message back assigning me a reference number and saying "Thank you for contacting us regarding the My Coke Rewards Program. Your question is extremely important to us. Our customer service team is carefully reviewing your email and will get back to you in no more than 7 business days with an answer.". So it looks like that is the right place to go for any issues. I'm not expecting anything but it was worth the minimal effort.

the double worked for me, i did the 12 pack fridge packs, so im guessing they dont consider the 24 packs "fridge packs"

it also works for powerade caps
 
Whew, glad all this fuss doesn't affect me as I never have anything but 3 point caps. I thought there was a glitch that didn't double anything.

Sucks for those that stocked up on fridge packs for the codes.

all i did was buy about 18 10 point codes on ebay for $9.00 total...it included 2 bonus codes as well but i am not wasting a slot on those today

I'm glad I didn't buy a bunch of 24 packs like planned though, I couldn't justify the cost difference ($7.00 24 packs (or $3.50 per 12 cans) VS $2.75 for 12 packs at Kroger).

Also, what is this other 'Kroger bonus point' thing that was mentioned? I buy all my cokes there, so if there is some side points I could be getting I'm not aware of, I want to find out...
 
If its anything like the bonus points ran at other super markets, if you buy so many cases/packs then you'll receive X bonus points, it might be in your local ad but I don't have a Kroger, they run this sometimes at our local Winn-Dixie though. Generally buy two 12-packs and get a "promo" bonus code thing. Someone else can probably fill you in better with the actual Kroger one. At the Winn-Dixie promo, it was a print-out like coupon that came after purchasing, and has a code to enter online.
 
It figures, I entered in 30 points from 12 packs earlier this week before I knew about this. I still had two 12 packs and a single cap to enter, but I really wish I hadn't entered those codes on Tuesday.

So, the next big question is: has anyone been able to do a second set after noon today? Well, I guess I'll try now ;).

Edit - And the answer would be YES. Just got double (on a 10 point code) for my 11th of the day (but first after noon Eastern). Well, that's nice, anyway. Problem is I don't have 9 more without using those Costco ones which I might as well save for another day.
 
Double points worked for 12pks (fridge). Did not try anything else. I doubt complaining is going to do anything. It did say in the email that only fridge packs and 20oz would work. We assumed otherwise.

It also said this in the same email:

I can see bonus points from random places not working, BUT it clearly says all brands/packages will double. I do not call that assuming anything.

Maybe there was a bug this AM that prevented anything more than a 10 point code to double? At any rate, I really am ticked I entered those 20 point codes with no double now... All I know is they need to credit my account with 80 more points like they should have done in the first place ( four of the 20 point codes).

At any rate, not too bad. before this double point day I had 1559 points, and now I have 1849 points and 7 more 3 point caps to enter for a grand total of 1891 points.. then after they credit me with the extra 80 they jacked me out of this AM I will have 1971 points. So I will have jumped 412 points in one day.

not too bad :)
 
Well, that's just great! However, I can't even get the site to take codes now. I can log in and then when I click on Enter Codes it just does nothing.

I *really* *really* hate their flash-heavy website. It is always slow and causes lots of problems on both of my computers. My other computer won't even load the main page up right now.

Edit - OK, finally got one of the computers to work with the site - just got 4 more 25 point codes put in for 200 more points. Sweet!

Yes the Coke Rewards site is ass but I was able to get all of my 10 pointers entered without an issue. I did a handful in the morning and then more after work. My co-workers brought me some extra 10 pointers (I work with a lot of Coke drinkers that could care less about the codes) so I took full advantage of the bonus.

i am about to break 800pts and there is seriously NOTHING decent..i originally started this a few months ago for GRAW (360) which was 500 pts.....look at me now.....im stuck! loooook aaaat meeee nooooooooowwwwwww :(
