I was working at gamecrazy today and a guy wanted a adapter for his snes. I said we had a multi system one that works one a snes. He said how uch. I said $10. he then asked for how much wed give him for some ps2 games. I gave him the usually low estimates and he was like damn, i cant afford it. I said if you have some spare snes games i'll buy them. So he came down and sold me

seems like gamecrazy employees can get away with it-- i was talking to another guy who was telling me about trading a marquee for FF3 right in front of his boss

Because of ebay, it is almost impossible to find cheap ass good deals that seem almost too good to be true, like the OPs SNES snag.

The classifieds used to be cheap, now everyone goes on the bay, looks up their item and lists it as the most expensive price they see.

The pawn shops price using ebay the same way here. $20 for Pacman on the cube. It's beat up like crap too! ZoE beat to hell and smells like smoke, $30!

A few years ago, I would grab almost the entire inventory of games at the local pawn shop for about $10. When I ask someone why the price, they say that is what it goes for on ebay. Even the local used book store follows the same pricing procedure of checking ebay, except she prices magnitudes below ebay so people goto her shop.

Edit: Kick ass find OP! I'm jealous.
