Official Sears Clearance Thread II - post Sears finds/deals here
Are any of them on clearance? I don't recall any reports other than Family Doctor.
I remember seeing clearance tags on MANY of them the last time I was to my local Sears. Most were $19.97 or $9.97, so I'm just hoping that they ALL dropped to $.97 .

If not, then I'll just grab up 10 copies of Family Doctor.;) I just figured I'd mention the ones that're decent TIV's on the DT/BB site for those who may be thinking of flipping them.

Picked up one of each: Viva Pinata @ $2.97, Imagine Family Doctor @ $0.97 (I figure my daughter'll get a dollar's worth of enjoyment out of it).

The only copies of Crackdown were bundled w/ a crap game for $30. And both Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts scanned at $19.99. I was mildly displeased.

Hmm, guess I should have price checked some of the other Imagine games when I was out Saturday. If even 2-3 more of those were only $0.97, that could make for some major flipping indeed. Makes me want to consider making another trip tomorrow even more.

Haven't seen anyone comment on this yet, so apologies if I missed it, but...

Why would Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts ring up $2.97 at some locations, but $19.99 at others? The store I went to today, everything previously listed rang up at the May clearance prices except for those 2 games. I'm thinking it may have been an error and they corrected it in the system before I made my way to the store.

Actually, that would explain where the Crackdown I found at my local Sears came from o_O; I know it didn't have one before, so the plastic holding it and whatever other game was in it must have come off. Oh well. I'm not complaining. :p

I know MUA2 us clearenced but any idea about the first one? local store has one copy, if noone knows I might just price check it tomorrow when I go out.

I would imagine it's due to this location you checked actually moving copies of those particular games at the current (or more expensive) pricing. Those other locations with lower prices are most likely due to slow or nonexistent sales.
Persona 3: FES, Viva Pinata: TiP and The Orange Box all still full price by me.
I wasn't aware that Persona 3 was on clearance anywhere. It's been at full price forever here.

Which one did you go to?

I checked a Persona 3 (the one with the bonuses in it) on Friday when I was out of town on a whim, not even knowing it was on clearance, and it rang up $30. And yesterday when I picked up three Imagine Family Doctors to flip to Gazelle, I checked Banjo Kazooie and Persona 3 (standard edition) and they rang up full price. Anyone who gets those for three bucks is lucky as hell.
OK.

I guess I'm gonna be making a trip to the two closest Sears to clear out the following Imagine games(for flipping purposes:evil:):

Imagine Artist
Imagine Babysitters
Imagine Babyz Fashion
Imagine Boutique Owner
Imagine Cheerleader
Imagine Detective
Imagine Family Doctor
Imagine Fashion Designer New York
Imagine Fashion Designer World Tour
Imagine Makeup Artist
Imagine Master Chef
Imagine Teacher: Class Trip
Imagine Reporter

FYI: Those ALL get above $5 in TIV at DealTree/Best Buy and may prompt me to sign up for a Paypal account to get cash instead of credit.
I am going to burst your bubble now and let you know that as far as I could tell, none of the other Imagine games were on Clearance.

Both Persona 3 (yes, the deluxe-box-version-that's-now-beat-up-as-hell-because-it's-been-in-the-bin-for-years) and FES are full price here.

The Original one in a sears near me never dropped, but it looks like someone just decided to buy it one day.

Anyone buy Bakugan for the hell of it? Any impressions?
I know I wouldn't take it seriously and I know Nothing about the game or the show... Would be to just waste time and earn some trophies...

My son (9) absolutely loves this game. I haven't played it at all, but he has enjoyed it a lot (63% trophies). He's a big fan of the show, though.

Shipwreck did a review, too:

that's nice to hear that your children love the game. I have a daughter but she's only almost 2... but the game is definitely intended toward the young audience and reading shipwrecks review it is pretty much exactly what I would expect from the title.

might give it a go just for some kicks :) as well as trophies ;) ha.

thanks tho

My son collects the toys/cards and I actually learned how to play by playing the video game. It's actually pretty fun to play through.

I love the look on the cashier's face when the game she said is "probably $29.99" as marked rings up as $.97 :D

Picked up 4 copies of Imagine Family Doctor at the Canton/Belden Village Sears and promptly went around flipping them to eventually build up enough credit at GS to buy a copy of Afrika at the Canton Center Mall location. :D

Lol, this is the second time i brought Bakugan (The first was when i saw it on clearance for 6 bucks, played it for a bit, then had to flip it to gamestop since i needed the credit)

Its a pretty damn fun game, i got addicted to it XD, and its pretty easy to get 1000/1000G on, gonna max it, then trade it in (Still trades in for about 10 dollars, so its not that big of a hit since i only paid 13)

was able to get a copy of that Red Bull DS game for .47 cents haha... so try to flip it at gamestop or where else do people know of?

I went back to Sears for my 3rd trip since this price drop. I picked up 2 Imagine doctors. One I'm going to give as a gift and the other either a gift or a trade in. Not sure which. I think I'm done with Sears until next month unless someone spots something else good.

@IATCG... I tried the Imagine games and they all rang up at $19.99 haha I was a little more then disappointed. I don't think any of the Sears updated around me. Last month there were some decent drops, but this month not so much. Was kind of hoping LBP, Uncharted, and Orange Box to drop to $15.

I saw a SOCOM bundle with the bluetooth headset for PS3 in the case but was too lazy to ask for a price check. Is this for sure on clearance because I felt silly when I asked for a pc on Fallout 3 GOTY (PS3) and it rang up full price

I only really listed those other ones as possible flips, though I swear my closest Sears had some of those marked $9.97, $14.97 and $19.97 last month, so I figured they might have dropped.

But since the other local CAG that I know hits that Sears let me know he grabbed all four copies of the Imagine: Family Doctor game, that means I can avoid that store for now.

I'm debating if I want to hit up the much further off Sears and see if the two copies of Fallout 3 GOTY are still there, as I would definitely consider keeping the game for $10.

But for anyone who gets the Imagine games super cheap($1-2) and doesn't want them, they should definitely consider TRU for trading too, since many of those games are fetching $10 each there.

I grabbed a lot of stuff from Buffalo area Sears (malls on Transit and Walden Mall.) Went out to Niagra Falls BLVD and that sears had a ton of stuff, but nothing was marked and the employees are asshats. So I decided to ask the nearest nudnik to grab PS3 Wet and Motor Storm PR. He rang MSPR up first and said, "It's your lucky day." It rang up at $9.97 but had $59.99 sticker on it. Then he rang up Wet, which wasl also $9.97 but marked $19.97. He seemed very annoyed.
I love it when the employees act like you're robbing them personally when you buy clearance stuff.

FIRST, YOU DARE INTERRUPT OUR HUDDLE ABOUT THE TVS AND CONVERSE TIME, THEN YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO KNOW OUR PRICES BETTER THAN WE DO!!!

I get a kick out of that too, since the employees were probably waiting for 90% off so they could grab them themselves with their employee discount on top of it and either resell it or add it to their collection.

But sometimes if you go in and joke around with them it lightens up the mood. Sometimes it doesn't though and even the guys working there seem like they have PMS and act bitchy when you go to get a pricecheck.

Today I picked up:

Excitebots Trick Racing with Wii Wheel $9.97
Motorstorm Pacific Rift PS3 $9.97
Dirt 2 PS3 $12.97
Imagine Family Doctor $.97
Warioland Shake it $9.97
Boy and his Blob Wii $9.97

Oh, for damninion(or however you spell it), the guy looking for Muramasa in the Akron/Canton area:

I didn't see it down at the Belden Village Sears today. I would have picked it up for you if I had seen it.

I may be going up towards Cleveland tomorrow morning, so shoot me a PM if you want me to pick it up for you if I see it.

I price checked all the imagine games and they were all 29.99 cept one for 19.99 and family doctor for .97 :) wish they were all on sale. While I was there the girl kept telling me wow this game is less than .50 but i was like no thanks, lol at red bull.

I picked up

Muramasa $9.99
A Boy and His Blob $9.99
Dirt 2 (360) $12.97
Wet (360) $12.97
Guitar Hero Metallica (PS3) $9.99
Imagine Family Doctor $0.97
Red Bull $0.97

I remember the guy at the Sear's i was at first yesterday (When i grabbed 7 copies of Imagine doctor @_@), i asked him to scan like 3 games, and he had the nerve to say "I cant do that right now, im on the phone, wait a few minutes", then just walked off. Came back and scanned them with a grumpy look on his face, and acted like i was asking him to jog around the store naked . I really wanted to ask him to scan a Fallout 3 GOTY which was still in the glass case, but i didnt feel like dealing with the grunting and stomping
