Official Trophy Thread - 4/21: Enhanced Trophy Lists Coming in Firmware 3.30

does anyone have CS:Go that might be able to help me with a few of the trophies? Boosted is timesharing the game to me and I want to get it back to him by Sunday as promised I need a few more trophies PM me and I can give you my handle.

I did it all with randoms. First game of headhunter I played the other three people sucked so I got 5 and scored. Other than that one online trophy which is easy (Its just hard getting a game going), the online is easy as could be. I ended up finishing it awhile ago and sending it back to GF.

Sorry for not playing quick enough to finish Transformers with you. If Gaming Gator needs help I'm down to try this round. Add me GatorBeer if you want to try to get them done.
 
Normally I would still help out even after being done but I needed to return the game to gamefly. I love the transformer games and own them all but on 360. I just wanted to get all the trophies and enjoy the MP again. You guys should try the game out its really fun. And I dont know if you guys knew but the experience is permanently double exp and has been since like the beginning of this year.

I might ask you for help later. It is in my Gamefly queue, but there are a lot of games above it on the list that I do not have to worry about multi-player for. If I decide to move it up I will let you know before I do to make sure you are available. I can probably find a couple people from PS3T to help out too with some notice.

Just saw the trophy list for Batman Arkham Origins. Gross. A bunch of grindy ass multiplayer trophies (not the kind that encourage a person to 'dip their toes in the water', but the 'max level every possible thing' kind of trophies). Really disappointing - this was going to be my first ps3 Batman (1000d the other two on 360) and I always enjoyed their achievements/trophies.

Tacked on multiplayer is for the birds, man.

The grindy MP ones don't bother me much, it's the other MP trophies that look pretty tough. I very much likely won't be getting that platinum.

Sadly, I know I'll at least try because I have no sense. I've preordered it and the vita one with that Amazon 20% off promo (with $10 back credit on each) so I won't be in a huge hurry to ditch it. Anyone that likes playing at dumb o clock in the morning (4-5am Central) look me up and I'll play the mp with you.

Completely agree. It took me 2 years to finally platinum Asylum. With the campaign challenges, it might take me that long on City (but I doubt it, just put it down for a while). I was totally ok with that because it was just reliant on me and improving my skills in the game. I just do not see myself ever getting this new game due to the online addition. I hate online requirements for games. Trophies like those in God of War Ascension or Uncharted 3 aren't a big deal since they are just there for you to try it. All these crazy requirements are insane.

 
any guess how long the grind took you? find any good ways to build up all those kills?


I think Im decent at MP lately with average 25 kills/match if I join halfway or 40-60 full game. SP on Recruit takes you 3-4h to complete net you total ~1000 kills, so if you complete the game on Veteran + all 27 contracts = 3 other full playthrough should net you 4-5k kills. Unfortunately SP doesnt have infinity spawn, so if you want to grind take mission The Package, 15-20 mins to complete, ~ 110 kills. If you enjoy MP and good at aiming I suggest Supply suit= faster Vanguard recharge, STA-52E, proximity mines, VC9, Vulture/ Mantys/ Porcupine/ Sky Fury. I suggest to play SP 1st to get a lot ¥, then you can spend them on equipments and use in MP. On your way to 100 online matches trophy you should have ~ 2k kills, probably more if do like I said.
 
I am going to plat ACIII and Batman Blackgate before PS4 drops.  I'm posting this here in hopes that it'll discourage me from bailing out and starting something new as I'd really like to get plats on both of these (and I'm pretty dang close in the grand scheme).

I'm impressed by that Dark Void plat - I couldn't even get the guy to move in the direction I wanted in the 15 minutes I played of that game.  Seems like an extra layer of challenge there.

Any of you trophy hunters want to do a run for the Binary DOmain Plat?  It is free for PS plus november.

Also going to start on Soul Sacrifice once that comes out too.

Talking about Binary domain? I don't think so and I don't think you'd be interested as it is kind of a long plat and I know how much you hate long plats.

EDIT: Okay I know bumslie is down.

You need at least 6 for online boosting part but that is fairly easy. The hard part of the plat is Invasion. Recommended is 4.

ooh, how is the mp in 4? I'm holding off on it until my ps4 shows. I assume it's more of the same and that is a oh Kay by me.

I'm down for some binary domain mp when it hits PS+, always wondered what it was like.

2 Days, 2 Plats in the 2 Heavy Fire games.  Finally got me over the hump to get in the top 150 US on PSNProfiles.  Hopefully I can stay there.

I am getting close to the plat for Rayman Origins Vita as well.  Still some more work to do, but I think I have all the harder speed run levels done.  I am a bit worried about the hidden boss level though.  That looked insane.

Bumslie, I moved Transformers: Dark of the Moon to the top of my queue.  I have a teammate or two in the trophy competition I am in that is interested in playing it too.  So we should be able to get a group together to make the online go quickly.  Add me on PSN, same for anyone else that might want to play.  PSN ID: GatorBeerGeek

 
A+ing chapters 10 and 13 in hotline miami is driving me insane. about to delete the game and reinstall it without the patch so i dont have to A+ these 2 fuckin stages.

Hey I thought Steller and PancakesAreLove were talking about Fall of Cybertron. I don't have Dark Moon only War of Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron.

Dark of the Moon is a movie tie in. It has very easy achievements and can be platted in a day not even trying. Anyways whenever you guys do get around to playing it online message me and I may go rent it to get the quick plat. As I played mine on 360 and got the 1K about two years ago. Fun easy game.

Yeah, that was why we picked it. We are in a trophy competition at the moment. So any single day plats are great games. It just appears that to get the online trophies quickly you need a few people since the easy game mode for level grinding is a ghost town these days.

If we get a group set up, I will let you know.

 
Does anyone have any interest in boosting the few online trophies in Mayhem 3D?  I do not currently have the game, but would put it at the top of my Gamefly queue if I knew I had a partner for the few online trophies since the game is so short and makes for a good rental.
