The reason people are calling Microsoft deceptive is because Microsoft wants people to believe you can only play Tomb Raider on the Xbox One which may or may not be true and the fact that we don't know means just more confusion and bad PR surrounding Microsoft. I do agree that the FarCry 4 Key thing is kind of lame, but if 2 hours of online co-op convinces your buddy to buy a copy and play longer with you then it did it's job I suppose. Some people are saying SharePlay (awesome feature btw) nullifies the keys, but unless you can split screen co-op it really doesn't.

They don't want you to believe anything. Hell some Marketing person from Square Enix specifically said it's a 100% Xbox Exclusive, not to mention their official blog and several other statements, it's only as confusing as you want to be making it to be.
Nothing more than a trial. Given how massive Far Cry 4 will be you won't likely get a lot done and I wouldn't be surprised if the keys are limited to one per account (So you can't give one friend all 10).

I still have Tearaway sealed for the Vita in my backlog but I think tearaway for PS4 is called "Tearaway Unfolded". I have heard it is sort of a sequel to the Vita version.
Not just a straight port but it will actually feature new areas. It looks beautiful on the ps4, 1080p/60fps. I plan on double dipping, it was a great game and it sucks that it sold so poorly on the Vita. Hopefully it can get new life on the ps4.
If it was 100% exclusive MS would've shouted it from the rooftops, instead we're getting the "Timed Holiday 2015" response over and over. A lot can change from here on out but I believe as of right now its timed.

I think most people are taking offense with the fact that MS is paying large publishers money to "buy" themselves exclusives. Yes, it seems like a smart thing to do if they have the money to throw around but it just comes across as an extremely douchey move.
I dont think its magically going to start selling better on Microsoft platforms because its exclusive though.

At this point there really shouldnt be any shock unless the Xbox One really outsells the PS4 in a month.

according to VGchartz Wii U is at 6.9 million worldwide and X1 is 5 million world wide. But again, those numbers are 100%.
Going to assume no, because if it was I imagine they would have said so at the conference as it would be one of those big announcements to make.

That's fine. As long as it can turn a profit sometime for them its all good. Still they have done a good job on turning things around.
