Playstation Rewards program is back!

Wow, next round already starts the 2nd? Glad they're not taking a week off in between like they sometimes do (though technically having this extra week till the 30th is kinda that)

Really can't wait to see what they have in store for December. Think they'll go all out for Christmas?
 
Well, what Move games are left? There's no major releases this month, right? Maybe waiting for Uncharted 3 will pay off for me! Though, just my luck having finally bought a couple Move controllers, they'll give us some...

Those Move games look awesome. That's the way I look at it. Invest in the Move, and get most of the Move games for free!? You can't go wrong. With that being said, I hope we don't get a Move Bundle. I know I would sell it. I remember last year they have away 100 or so copies of the Move Bundle.

I wish they'd give out MOVE bundles or at least the chance to win one! ;) Nothing wrong with selling it, you could buy more games! :bouncy:

Good point. I would probably just save the money, lol. Who doesn't own the Move Add on by this point? There have been so many good deals on them. $50 with a free Nav Controller etc. If I didn't own one, I know I would definitely get one because I wouldn't want the Move games that I own to go to waste.
 
So, what are we hoping for in the next month? Can I get some Uncharted 3 love and as a bonus, the UC Dual Pack?

Also, Best Buy has a deal for the Move/Nav/EyeToy with Tiger Woods today only for $60. About as good a deal as you're going to get on all that.
 
do you really need a naviagtion controller to play all these move games? especially medievil moves?
asking both: need as in order to play, and need as in because the dualshock is to hard to play with.

I got a Nav controller for convenience, and because it was cheap (got it from GS for 15) and because you can't use a DS with the Sharpshooter (which I wanted for some light gun games, Killzone 3, etc)

Is it necessary though? Hell naw. Most games don't even use it. Deadmunds doesn't (the game is on-rails and is essentially a cross between Sports Champions controlls and a rail shooter)

I played through Heavy Rain with Move controller in 1 hand, and DS3 in the other just fine.

ok thanks, so the only thing i'd be missing out on are fps, which i would than also need to buy the plastic gun for and which I'd rather use a regular dual shock anyway for.

Thanks for letting me know about the Move deal. Been thinking about getting one for a while. It was on backorder but I got the order in for the bundle just before the page vanished & the price changed to $99.99. Hope it goes through ok.

I'm not even going to try & guess what this month's prize is since I never guess right. But by the way my luck has been going with House Party, it will probably be Uncharted 3 (since I got a regular copy through that Subway contest).

Nope that wasn't me. I wish it was though, I bought one earlier this year. My luck with House Party absolutely sucks. I wasn't chosen for either Madden 12, NBA 2k12, any of their other parties or won anything from any of their other contests. The Infamous 2 month was the first month I got in this program & I had received that from Subway beforehand. They also have been giving Move titles I can't play yet. Ratchet & Clank was the only game so far that I didn't own & was new to me of the games that they have sent. So that's why I said my luck with them have been bad. Free is free so I'll end my little rant here. :lol:

Better than me and my Sony luck in general lol.

  • Didn't get into the original rewards program.
  • Didn't get any special promo item.
  • Had every Welcome Back game from all regions
  • I don't play sports games so MLB was useless to me.
  • I was given motorstorm apoc prior to HP.
  • Was the first person to platinum inFAMOUS 2 according to YGC (won via subway)
  • Had PS Move Heroes (won via subway)
  • Had Ape Escape (Friend bought it)
  • Platinumed Ratchet and Clank down by the release AND I got into the beta via my UK plus account 1 week before our codes were valid.
  • Didn't win Madden
  • Didn't win NBA 2K11
  • Had to review Everybody Move for Justpushstart and was given the game.
  • Have every game offered in the 12 days promo PS Plus started today.
  • The Medieval game I was offered for free from the JPS owner.

Ha ha, that's what I was just thinking. I'd hardly call it bad luck that the games being offered for free are ones that you already got for free elsewhere. I'm thankful when that happens because it means I won't be reluctant to trade them in or sell them!
 
Checked the Fedex tracker to see if they starting shipping, but it doesn't seem like it cause I'm getting results from the last month. Anybody getting different?

I believe the rewards for October weren't sent out until the second week of November. There's 12,000 participants now and that slows things and their having to slash two game's UPC this time. We'll hopefully get a ship email this week.


And does anyone have an idea what might be on the PS Move demo disc 2 that we're getting?

Thanks for the demo list. I was thinking maybe Killzone 3, SOCOM 4 or newer games besides NBA 12. It's mostly older games, games we've already received or getting(Medieval Moves & Carnival Island).
 
Do you think that the picture that comes up on the Main Page is a hint? It has Eyepet and LBP 2. I am not too sure that I would care too much to own Eyepet.

Not thrilled over the sackboy (that makes 11 LOL), but I am thrilled about the bookends. I never wanted them, but with that I have every Sony CE item this year =D
