Does anyone have a list of PAL cart releases not available in the US?

I'm aware of
- Muppets Movie Adventure
- Invizimals (possibly 2 different versions?)
- History Legends of War: Patton
- Ratchet & Clank Collection
- WRC3
- WRC4
- WRC5

I know there are more, though
Amazon has a US version of Invizimals: The Alliance as coming out later this year:

https://www.amazon.com/Invizimals-Alliance-PlayStation-Vita/dp/B00IPTUI1E/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1468702708&sr=1-1&keywords=invizimals+vita

Could be inaccurate though because hasn't Sony given up?

I think this is just a place holder for the game they put up a few years ago cause i remember seeing it when i was making my list 3 years ago. They just been moving the date each year since it has not been officially cancelled by sony. The vita is sony's fight club and we know what those rules are. :whistle2:$

Does anyone knows if there are other NA cartridges that were not released in the US? I own the NA Vita physical release of Epic Mickey that was released exclusively in Mexico. I'm wondering if there are any other NA region games that were only released outside the US.

My Vita purchasing these past couple of months have gone down by quite a bit. T____T

Maybe I missed your original post explaining it, but why did you need to contact Amazon CS? Did you have an issue with your order?

Amazon CS doesn't know shit, it's highly unlikely they have the watches in stock or you'd have heard about it here:

https://twitter.com/Aksys_Danny

AFAIK watches aren't expected to come in until early August.

Dumb question, so apologize in advance.

On the NA PSN store there is a PSP version (Vita playable) of Trials SC

https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-us/games/legend-of-heroes-trails-in-the-sky-sc/cid=UP1023-NPUB50275_00-B000000000001452

I know there is Trials SC Evolution for Vita that is Japan/Asia only, which I am considering to import. That is a HD remaster and "better" than the original PSP one on the NA PSN store right? Anybody have that imported already and can shed some insight on the significance of the differences? Just visual enhancement or some gameplay tweaks as well? Thanks.

I believe it's a remake made by a different studio.

I would like a US release of the game :(

I contacted today to get my watch and also partially because the chat button was not working in my chrome browser until today I used another browser and fianlly succeeded doing so.

I fully expect 3 regular copies arriving since no sign of amazon having these watches let alone of those extra bonuses

I think the ZTD dilemma (pun most definitely intended, yes sir!) is a conspiracy by Aksys and the retailers. Lots of people pre-ordered, expecting to get their bonus and then return the game. I didn't, but I am sorely tempted to after this stupid as hell debacle. I'm sure many people did when VLR came out. So this time, they've delayed the bonus until after the 30 return window has elapsed. Why do you think they said August? By the time we get it in August, it will be just after the return window, mark my words.

Ah thanks, so supposedly it should be "better". Will keep searching for some player reviews.

I have no faith that those games will ever see a US release. So just listing out my import wishlist so that I can start saving for the cost and search for a cost-efficient means of importing. So far I only have:

God Eater 1 & 2 (for I am accustomed to the Japanese voices after watching the anime)

Trails SC

DOA X3

Import newbie here, but I think I will still get trophies when playing imports right?

I imported a few games and I got trophies as usual. The only thing that doesn't work are the DLC's. At least that's my problem with my Asian copy of Digimon that refuses to work with my US DLC's.

Will drink me spend $100 on 3/4 vita games I still need? We will see tomorrow when I wake up :

Also I hope olengie bought th JP criminal girls just so he can punish some anime chicks

So as I'm playing through the Zero Escape games, I really want to get into the Danganronpa series. I see it was on sale in January - should I wait or jump in at 39.99?

Even if you plan to buy it, don't buy it from NISA.

They're all cheaper from Amazon, and Trigger Happy Havoc has one listed from AWD, so even better if you plan to jump in.

Sales are pretty rare on the first two Danganronpa games. They don't often get below the $29.99 on Amazon--at least not new. But if you enjoyed the Zero Escape games I don't think you'd regret paying that much.

I love the first two games, I do not regret buying the CEs for both. The third one I'm having a bit harder time getting into, but it's still fun. As Equippt said, if you enjoy the ZE games, you probably won't regret paying $30-40 for Danganronpa.

I've walked through my Super Walmart's game section all the time, and I've never seen a clearance bin for games. There's been a bunch for DVDs and Blu-rays, though.

It really doesn't matter much anymore. I getting older now, and I'm at the point where I can't see the small Vita screen anymore, even with reading glasses.
My local Wal*Mart's idea of clearance is to round the price up to the nearest whole dollar amount and tag it with a red sticker.

Found this at Best Buy yesterday:

IMG_2654_zpsu0totmoa.jpg
As a Best Buy employee, I don't know what to think about that as all inventory is tracked in the system by SKU/UPC and is required to have a printed secondary barcode (in Best Buy lingo called a "License Plate") placed on the front or top of any product with an override discount that is on the sales floor. And even if that had been a game someone had ordered with option for in-store pick-up and then not come in to claim within the seven days they're given to do so, it would have either been PRC'd (Product ReCalled to distribution center) or simply stuck out on the sales floor in the correct department at the current website pricing, which is how I got my hands on a copy of Code: Realize earlier this year in store. So your find is quite mind blowing to say the least.

when limited and collector's editions start costing more than twice the price of the game it's time to reevaluate your purchasing habits.
Hence why I didn't pledge in for the collector's edition of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

$30 shipping for the Valkyrie Drive LE?

Yeah...no thanks
This is all because when the Brittanian Empire voted to leave the European Union the British Government immediately re-enacted the pre-EU membership postal laws, treaties, and tariffs. So while a member of the EU they were forced to abide by an EU rule set which effectively was setup for their to be little or no tariffs on shipped merchandising, which was why Rice Digital had been able to offer "free" shipping worldwide. But the horribly outdated British postal laws charge the business exporting merchandise an outbound tariff/tax for selling and shipping internationally. And the pre-EU postal treaty (with the U.S.A. at least) is setup in such a way that the sender pays for postage of the package within England from point of mailing to the international outbound center and then the full rate for the package when it arrives in the U.S.A. as though it were a new mailing once it arrives at the U.S. Postal Service international inbound center. It's truly quite the overcharge for the end/purchaser especially.

When are some new ones coming. More excited for Volume
Next Vita game after Soldner-X 2 has been announced as being Rainbow Moon.

Amazon has failed to delete that pre-order. R1 Physical release of Invizimals is simply not happening.

I just stopped at a GameStop near me and they had all the loose games in the plastic shells like loose DS games and the smug employee told me that they threw away all the boxes for their preowned games to make space. Have any of you seen this happen yet?

I'm really hoping that this is an isolated incident and that store just sucks but if it's a trend, that is the only thing I really shop for there so...

I would say unless you have no vita backlog, wait for a sale. They were on sale mid-January / February of 2015, then mid-August 2015, and then again mid-January of 2016; so I wouldn't be surprised if they are on sale again in August. If you want to jump in now then you should buy the physical versions as they will be $10 cheaper to order from amazon instead of PSN.

Other CAG'rs have reported incidents of this at various locations since late last year, it seems to be on a store by store basis that this has been happening thankfully. Personally, I have been to three different GameStop location in the last four days scattered across two states (Georgia and S.C.) and did not encounter this insanity at any of those locations.

The last B2G1 free deal with GS, they sent 1 in that crap from one store and the other two from another. The two with the case looked new just converted to used. The cards themselves had no marks on the contacts at all, they do now that I've played them a few times.

Pisses me off that they throw out the cases, but I only buy from GS during sales like this. Rest of the time I boycott them.

This was exactly my fear. I've been clearing out my Vita backlog working on the road a lot this summer. I'm working on the surprise released Mana right now (thanks CAG for notifying me it was out since I wouldn't have known otherwise!) I'm a grad student on a budget, so I'd rather wait and catch it on sale digitally then buy it somewhere physically for retail. I rarely by anything physical anymore.

PS Long time lurker in this thread. Check the site almost every day, finally figured I should join in just for the Vita Banter.

Hope you got Rebirth 1 LE (to complete the Nep collection) when you had the chance cause it is next to impossible (unless you have $1.5K to blow) to get it from eBay now.

The worst part is that the main reason was they included some cell phone strap that was $30 for months on eBay.

Was wandering around Play-Asia to see when will Moreo Crystal (Non-Eng Sub) be ready to preorder (it's still not), and saw Moe Chronicle at $5 dollar off, which would cover the $5 shipping, if anybody is interested.

Moe Chronicle been $35 for long time. Possible Play-asia raise the MSRP $40. Play-asia been over price lot games lately.

After finishing my first play through of Kenka Bancho Badass Rumble, I started downloading a bunch of games to my Vita this weekend. I figure at the very least this will make trying out some past purchases and PS+ games easier... then I'll just delete what I don't like and move on. I played a little Gravity Badgers. It's a bit like a generic version Angry Birds Space... except the goal is not to destroy but to get to an exit using a sling shot style launch. It's something like $0.59 right now if you need a gaming palette cleanser. Also finally got around to getting Crimsonland (I've had the iOS version for ages, but wanted to play it with real controls) and had a blast playing it. Oh and finally played Bastion. It's not quite what I was expecting. I was thinking more zelda open world... but it's more a tiny hub with segregated levels that you use a menu-map style interface to navigate to. Still, overall a good game... just not quite what I was expecting. To some degree the game feels a little loose with the aiming accuracy and stuff, but maybe that's just me not being used to it. I'd almost consider it more hack&slash than anything. Still, a good experience overall.

Welcome out of the shadows. I'm mostly buying digital now ... and most everything on sale (though that's nothing new as I've always been cheap with most of my game purchases).

Does anyone know of a resource that lists games that don't have an import, but have a English subs or dubs in other regions?

I recently discovered Moe Chronicles, which has English subs in its HK release, and plan on importing at some point. Now I am curious if there are others.
