So, you can root around for "just the right deal" for hours, or just do a quick search for the fifty dollar Playstation Plus membership cards and grab one for 25 bucks like I did. Tax will be about a buck and change, and I got free shipping for some reason (not supposed to get that unless you spend thirty-something --maybe that's before discount), so it's an insanely good deal for grabbing an extra year on your membership. Strange. Apart from the generic appearance of the code (its literal nature), I also saw it advertised on a banner while browsing the site. Very confused now. Apologies if it's something unavailable to new accounts or something of that nature.

Can anyone else who already has an account there check their email and see if you received a code?

EDIT: Ok, did a little Googling, and the code is one of a handful of variants (15FORME, 25FORME, etc) that were sent to people who were already signed-up with Groupon. No clue why some got a better deal than others, though. So, if you've got an account already, check your email. If not, sorry if I got your hopes up. My bad.
