Uncharted 3 Map packs are free. cool, I refuse to pay for the season pass even though I played their multiplayer alot. Might jump back into it.

Debating on Lone Survivor, is it worth the price? Or should I just wait for it to drop even more?

Just buy the GOTY version for $10 on eBay.

On that other thing, I typed a huge treatise about why people love their 360s even now, but after reading it it made me sound like a raving fanboy, so I thought better of it. I think it just boils down to the fact that people who game on both systems get it, and those who don't, don't.

I played some Sine Mora last night. I find the backgrounds make the your ship and bullets and such hard to see. But more important it has some dumb story that keeps interrupting the action over and over again. I think I spend as much time just holding down the left trigger as I do playing the game. And the M rating is ludicrous. I mean it deserves it, but the only reason it's M rated is because there are F bombs and such in the "story". It's a freaking bullet-hell shooter. Story. You've got to be kidding me.

It's a Grasshopper/Suda51 game. The story is guaranteed to be weird and adult-themed.

this is pretty spot on I think. I like the actual game part ok, but it feels so disjointed with the multitude of story interruptions. I'm quite pleased the Gradius V recently was rated for PS3 by the ESRB (?) however, so I'll just close my eyes and wait for that to appear as a ps2 classic or whatevver.

I got it for $7.50 on XBLA and enjoyed it a lot. The atmosphere is excellent and the gameplay was very challenging in parts. I could have played another five hours.

I know I Am Alive got sort of disappointing reviews, but does the sale make it easier to swallow? I don't have PS+ so I'd be paying $6.

Also, have the Fatal Frame games aged well? I've never played them but for the price, I keep thinking I should.

Get plus. Seriously. Besides that, I plan on picking all of them up, along with Siren. Should keep me occupied for a while.
I intend to. I had it for a while, but I let it lapse due to not really having much time to play anything. Going to renew with the $30 sale for Black Friday unless I can find a cheap month code.

yea i couldnt really get into sine mora and im a big shmup fan. hard to pick out your ship and bullets, which is a killer for a shmup. and then the story... yea.

man i would totally go apeshit if they released an HD port of Gradius V. i think thats my all time favorite shmup.

I'll probably just get Journey for $15, I was eyeing the disc but it hasn't dropped and I only wanted Journey anyway. Plus I got $10 of the credit for free so I would technically only be paying $5.

When do the new PSN sales go live? Might as well wait to see if by some crazy chance that it's on sale next week or whatever.

That logic just sounds so bad to me. You have $10 PSN credit to spend on anything. You're choosing to spend it on Journey, along with $5 of your own money. So you're spending $15.

Sales go live on Tuesdays, sometimes we find out about them on Mondays.

The story is crazy dark dealing with rape, genocide, treason and blackmail. All this with the language makes up the M rating. The game looks good and plays great on the Vita.

I guess I'm the only one that actually liked the story, as it gave me more of a reason to keep playing since I've never been one to shoot for high scores or anything. To each their own I suppose, but I thought the game as a whole was great.

I have nothing else to get and I want to play it :(

I was going to get The Last of Us Map Pack but I beat both of the journeys so I'm probably done playing it, and I can still play on the normal maps so that seemed like a waste.

I only want exclusives

7 games and that doesn't even include the Vita refresh?  Make me think we might not be getting a Vita refresh later this month, but with Soul Sacrifice and Oddworld, I'm still more than happy!

I see. Makes more sense now since a focus on downloadable exclusives is really going to narrow your selection.

Gonna go trade in Dragon's Dogma today at Best Buy for $12, paid $10 for it from Gamefly last month.  Don't own any of the other 6. Wow, I'm at a loss for words about how perfect this month's lineup is for me.  Even down to Ibb & Obb, the game a debated back and forth but eventually passed on, the only game from the PSN Play promo that I didn't buy.

I predicted Soul Sacrifice on Vita so that was cool.  Absolutely stoked to replay Stranger's Wrath on Vita as well!

Very meh for me. I have Binary Domain already, not really intertestd in Dragon's Dogma, and I'm not getting a PS4 anytime soon.

At least the Vita games are good. I'm guessing these are separate from the evergreen updates for Vita, so November is a very Vita month for me.

Now don't have to worry about the online pass for Soul Sacrifice. Glad to finally play Strangers Wrath also glad to build a PS4 backlog.

Holy Shit! Wow. I don't own any of those...good stuff. I'm really happy about Contrast instead of Drive Club since I'm more interested in that and I haven't ordered any games for my incoming PS4. If people still want to complain about PS+ being worth it they are bat shit insane. Not to mention games with Gold for November are A World Of Keflings and Iron Brigade, 2 $10 Arcade games. So yeah it could be a hell of lot worse. PS+ for life!

Great month. Plat'ed soul sac and traded it in, but the multi is actually a lot of fun and I'm excited to get a digital copy on the vita for some quick play.

Nice to see retail PS3 games. Don't know that I'll ever actually play either one, but I love that they're getting higher profile/newer titles into the mix.

I'd wager we don't get a vita evergreen refresh. Soul Sacrifice in the month doesn't jive. There just aren't enough retail vita titles, esp. first party, for Sony to throw four into the mix in November.

Awesome soul sacrifice! Glad I waited on that one. I wish contrast was cross buy ps3/ps4. That trailer looked so good. But alas, no ps4 for me for the time being.

Awesome list. I already own Binary Domain and Soul Sacrifice (digital copy) but I am still very happy with this lineup. I must say that at this rate no one should be buying Vita games if they are PS+ members.
Kind of how I feel. I was tempted on Soul Sacrifice before and am glad I didn't bite. I've been thinking of getting Killzone: Mercenary, but I just know it will be on PS+ eventually.

To those bitching about DLNA and other media capabilities: https://mobile.twitter.com/yosp/status/395661158205501440?screen_name=yosp

And, if you're not trashing your PS3, why is this a big deal? I mean, it's not like PS4 comes into the living room and murders your PS3, while ripping its media capable innards.

For some people I think it's about convenience. Some have lots of electronics hooked up to one TV and even with an HDMI switch space is limited. If they get a PS4 they may keep their PS3 but not have it hooked up. Everyone is different.

I'm happy with November's IGC list. The only game I own is ibb & obb so it'll be a nice haul. I've been wanting to try DD.

Very stoked to see Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath. And guess I'll be trading in Soul Sacrifice while it still has value.

I'm gonna need a bigger memory card....

I also debated back and forth on Ibb & Obb before passing, so I'm happy to see that. The rest is a big meh as only a PS3 owner. I've heard of Binary Domain, but know nothing about it. So maybe some research is in order.

I have a 32 GB card...that is full. All of these titles look great, only have oddworld. Very excited with what Sony is doing with their platform. Hope they can keep it up.

Based on all I read and see, Binary Domain is a normal 3rd person cover based shooter except for the fact that the robots you shoot can blow up peice by peice and its supposed to look fairly cool. I played a bit of the demo if i remember right a while ago and was debating picking it up recently. Glad i waited.

Why do they tease us with Vita only plus games like Sine Mora and now Oddworld SW? I dont have a Vita dammit. And I dont need one...yet.

Binary Domain is awesome guys. Ridiculous story, great characters, a bizarre relationship system that actually affects parts of the story a little, and robots. Also, Big Bo.

Maaan, I just bought Dark Arisen, haha, ah well. I skipped Binary Domain because of the ridiculous online trophies but a lot of people say the game is fun so I'll just get the single player ones. Ibb and obb is kinda cool.

Soul Sacrifice is great but I also already have it. Oddworld is awesome. I've been waiting on the PS3 version but Vita will have to do.

Wow awesome month. I'd like to at least try ever game on there. Strangers Wrath is the only one I've played and it's great. I'd doubt there's going to be a Vita refresh but it'd be pretty amazing if there was.

Wow... awesome lineup... :whee:
agreed, very pleased with all the games they added, Contrast I haven't heard of before today but the screenshots look good and its a PS4 game so I hope it turns out ok.

I was planning to buy Soul Sacrifice on black friday and now I don't have to, I can use the money I'll save on something else.

An overpriced memory card, no doubt. ;)

Incredible month. For backlog reasons I've held off on Dogma and binary despite wanting to play them both for a long time. Soul Caliber cements the fact that I need to buy a Vita next month when ps4 hits.
