Apparently, PSN Profiles doesn't include 0% games in your completion percentage by default. Stranger's Wrath was on my profile as 0%. Now I have 11% of the trophies and my total completion percentage is down.

This explains a lot. Thanks for the info.

Hmm... but that still doesn't explain why my percentage is calculated wrong. Going by my total earned and unearned trophies, my % should be 54.8%. I had assumed it was because it was still using the 0% games in the equation even though they were hidden, but who knows.

I don't think this is right either, because earlier this week I hid a 0% game and my completion percentage went up immediately. Maybe there's a setting to auto-hide those and I hadn't checked it and you did.

I had the same thing happen - I had a 0 trophy count for portal 2, started up and my completion % plummeted. Just looked and the setting 'Hide Games on Profiles with 0%' is unchecked, but turning it on doesn't seem to modify the completion %.

Whatevs bitches.

I haven't changed any settings, and I know it wasn't hid because I checked before I started the game. Completion % went down by about 0.2% even though my completion for that game went from 0% to 11%.

But my point was that I've done hardly everything, and I've made a good starting amount of money. The only things I really see to pay for are car parts and apartments. Of course those things would be expensive.

And I've put a lot into my car already, probably 150-200k worth in the last day. I did like 25 parachute jumps to get one of the platinum awards, and ended up with 150k just from that after 45 minutes of gliding through the air, barely doing anything.

The ammo replenishment is what kills you, especially if you're doing a bit of solo missions.

Usually it's the other players that kill me (I know what you meant). I haven't hopped onto GTA online since soon after launch, but at the time it was essentially people seeking out other players to fuck with. Which can actually be a lot of fun, but you don't get money (you usually lose money). The best way to get money seems to be doing races and deathmatches and whatnot. While these missions are solid, they are a lot less fun than exploring the map (and not really what I'm in the mood to do when I pop in GTA).

So the problem, for me anyway, is you're forced to grind out the part that is the least fun that you can get money and unlock stuff that will make you actually stand a chance free roaming. Maybe I will give it another shot since a lot of the asshole players have probably left. The fact that your character transfers over to the next gen port gives me some motivation to do this. I actually want to jump pack into the single player game, but with no confirmation that any of that progress will transfer I feel like I'd just be wasting my time.

While I could see it as possible I don't really recall the Asian PS+ being anything even close to ours. The EU one at least occasionally converges with ours (even if it takes a few months for stuff to show up) and there's some consistent overlap at least.

I wish I knew what you did differently from me, because I hid several 0% games that I'm never going to play (like DC Universe) and my % didn't budge. Obviously I'm going to die if I don't get that 2% added to my trophy card, so tell me your secrets great wizard.

I bought Towerfall a month or two ago and Strider two days ago on XBone. So this rumor is almost definitely true. Towerfall would be a good get, especially for those with more than 1 DS 4. I bought it because a buddy with two DS4's of his own was coming over and I managed to get some 4 player sessions in. It's great fun that way. The single player isn't half bad either.

 
Is there a guide somewhere to the items in Towerfall? The shield and extra arrows are obvious but I wasn't sure about the other ones I got. Like the one that sort of looks like a key. What's that do? The single player seems fun, but is obviously a side-dish. I have a 3rd controller coming my way. I just have to hope my kids don't balk at the graphics. But, hey, they love Minecraft, so…. Speaking of which, If you are anti retro graphics, stay away. You aren't going to like it.

So yeah I just selected the box to hide all zeroes and no change. Is there a way to hide them individually?

 
When I was playing Towerfall last night something weird happened when I tried to quit. The PS button stopped working. Rather, it worked perhaps 1 out of 10 presses and I couldn't get a long press to work at all. I had to power off the console via the stealth button on the console. I powered it back up to see if the button still wasn't working, but then it was working fine. Has anyone else seen this happen? I'm not sure if it was a physical problem with the button on the controller or a software issue.

I just went to my settings and put a checkmark in the box next to "Hide games on profiles with 0%". That's it.

Should I mention I was wearing a Power Glove when I did it? Because all wizards wear Power Gloves. It's so bad.
 
So is NBA 2K14 easy to pick up and play?  I wasnt even going to DL it but decided last night I might want to play a few games.  Just to see how basketball games have progressed since the last one I played on PS1.

 
I give up. I added up the percentage of all games, and divided it by my total: 35.01%. Took away the fifteen 0% games on there: 38.93%. Profile shows 39.78%.  :whistle2:k

Don't own either but both those would work for me. Forgot they don't have online in Towerfall though which is kinda ridiculous. I won't get much use out of it.

Honestly, it was pretty hard for me to just pick up and play. It's definitely been streamlined a bit, but the game is still too up tempo for me right now

I do not think PSNP % goes by unearned out of possible alone. I believe it does # of points earned out of possible points. So the ones with a lot of golds unearned affect you more than one with a lot of bronzes. I am not certain about that though.

Naw, I'm just fucking around. I hid everything and updated. Going to change it back in a bit and see if that fixes the fuzzy math. I think I already messed with the settings you're talking about back when I first hid the games and was trying to figure things out.
