So I am not sure where they got the info from, but the imports site is saying the PS4 January Plus games are Grim Fandango and Hardware Rivals.

They listened to Tyler about more point and clicks.

I'm predicting Journey: Collector's edition (a remaster of the PS3 CE with Journey, Flow, and Flower) for PS4 is going to be one of the games, it's the only PLAY 2015 game that wasn't on sale during the holiday. Flower and Flow have also never been PS+ titles.

 
Grim Fandango would be great. I was holding off on it just cuz i was hoping it would hit ps+

anyone ever play laserlife or nihilumbra? or knockknock?

I tried watching a few video reviews of Splice, and some of them tried to explain the mechanics, but the gameplay on the screen just looks like gibberish. Some times when they pull a piece off, only it comes off, and sometimes when they grab a piece it causes the whole structure to swing. I imagine there is a method to how the pieces move in reaction to your actions, but none of the reviews I watched explain it properly.

 
I have $40 worth of points on my Best Buy account (I'm elite so I'm able to bank them). For some reason I remember points expiring at the start of the new year in the past. Is that a thing or did I make it up? If it is I'll turn that mother into a reward certificate.

I haven't played any MP in DA:I yet. I'm still very early in the game and don't know anything about that part of it.

I think that used to be a thing, but isn't anymore. Don't quote me on that though.

Thanks for reminding me. I just converted my points because I remember getting screwed once.

 
From the help page:

If there is no activity on your My Best Buy account for a period of 12 consecutive months, the points in your account (excluding Elite Plus members) will be issued as reward certificates down to the $5 level and any remaining point balance will be forfeited. For example, if you have 300 points, you will receive a $5 reward certificate (250 points) and you will forfeit 50 points.

Looks like they don't expire anymore, except if you don't shop there for a year or whatever.

 
So far Hooters is winning 4-3. 

Also, if we really only cared about wings we would go to Hooters as we like them the best but Winghouse has the better looking and sluttier girls 99% of the time.  Plus its a little closer to work.  Either way though we are going where you guys decide since they both have pros and cons.

Lastly, Kilik, Hooters was always the go to place years ago but no so much anymore.  It just lost something....oh yeah...the hot chicks.  They all went to Winghouse or became strippers.

 
So noone here has actually played Toren right? At this point it's probably the only thing I'm considering from the sale. It looks cool but reviews are really mixed.

I'm definitely picking up Toren. I really like the art style and it's always nice to see a female-led action/adventure game. The shortness is appealing as well. Reviews on Steam are a bit better--75% positive reviews. That's significantly higher than the 57 metacritic. At $2.50 there's no reason to pass it up IMO. I'll run through it this weekend at the latest and will post how I like it.

Waffling a bit on Suikoden III, though. Nobody has said anything about that despite how you guys freaked out when 2 became available. Is 3 not as good?

yeah but this is why i didnt want to get into it when I asked the question originally. The wings really are better at Hooters. By a mile. But I can always get a cuban or chicken sandwhich and be happy. I shouldnt have said anything. Your right, Winghouse it is! Its winning now anyway and we are leaving in a minute.

EARLY LUNCH IS THE BEST LUNCH! Especially when they are 2 hours...or more.

Also at (or near) the end of February I think the yearly spent dollar amounts reset. So if you have $1450 and think you can spend $50 on March 1st and be Elite you won't be. That is what I remember resetting in the past. I am not even half way to $1500 this year though so I don't care.

I imagine it's that now they have set the precedent of PS2 classics not being crossbuy, any sale on PS2 games playable on PS3 is met with suspicion that they will eventually release it for the PS4 w/ trophies. Also Suikoden 3 isn't nearly as expensive to get your hands on a physical copy as compared to the second game.

My kids are playing Minecraft Story Mode, they seem to love it. What I did see looked pretty neato.

 
in retrospect i shouldn't have started on hard but when they have 5 difficulties it seems like middle is a good place to start

Yeah I meant NO dress code. Even better no commute.

Here we are very business casual. Dockers and collared shirt and dockers is what I wear most of the time. Sucks but not super dressy. Job before this shorts and t-shirt and sneakers were fine. Jeans and collared shirt for Friday is usually ok.

Once recently they asked us to dress up even more for one day. They waited till like 4pm to ask us. I almost took a personal day. I have one pair of dress pants but otherwise I don't have fancy clothes.

I miss the no dress code of my previous job but this isn't too bad.
