1GB stick you mean. A 90 minute movie is typically around 270-300 megs in the mp4 format.

Around that. You could probably make the videos look awful if you wanted to fit a bit more on. Converting videos to the mp4 format is slow and a pain in the ass though. You can find a good amount of mp4 videos made for the psp if you look around a bit.
