Inside. At least for RE:Afterlife it was.
The $5 off other select BR coupon is inside the case. The code for the digital copy via VUDU is on the back of the VUDU label that's on the outside wrapper though so don't throw that away until you redeem it.

My coupon didn't mention RE:A, but everything else was on it. Are you guys getting this from somewhere else? I thought you were all talking about the one inside the case.

i may have mislead people. i could not rad the sticker on the front of the case in the picture. im surprised no one quoted the sticker but it is only a coupon inside. i picked up a few copies yesterday. mine still had quite a few copies.

Went to local walmart had only 2 copies of the regular afterlife bluray and like 10 copies of the steelbook lol
I just took the shrink wrap off and looked behind the only at walmart flap and there is two big ass dents! Can I return this even though it is opened?

That is the problem with the outer paper under the shrinkwrap. You cannot see if there is any damage. You should be able to just do an exchange.

yea you would think if there is a dent on the steelcase it would show on the outer paper....hopefully I can exchange easily
I ran into the same issue with the "Salt" steelbook from Best Buy. Underneath one of the stickers on the outer wrap there was a dent. Seems like it was dented before it was wrapped and shipped since there was no visual evidence of anything damaged when I picked it up.

Ok Fairlakes Walmart had a few RE:AL steels near the front of the store. Just pass the huge towering chip section on the right, then look around the corner and you will see a "New release" section. bamo!

I am most likely going to return my extra RE:AL sb copy this week.

Is there any chance of finding RE:Afterlife bluray Steelbook now? I missed out on my chance back in 2010 and it is the only steelbook Im missing out of the five RE Bluray movies :(

yeah sorry for the bump on a yr old deal... just trying to see if there is any chance at finding this and if walmart's might still carry these... Im hoping a low traffic store would still have some. After all I found a collector edition of a really old game from last gen just sitting randomly on a shelf no where near electronics... so you never know...

finding one would be highly YMMV. Some have had luck with finding some of the other 3, so i guess there is some small chance that somewhere a walmart might still have one in stock, otherwise your best bet is ebay.

Well I finally had a day off today so I decided to check it out. The first walmart I visited didn't have any and when I gave them the UPC they said it didn't exist lol.
The next walmart had one randomly mixed in with the lord of the rings blurays.. but it was pretty beat up.
The next walmart I went to was a bit further away but had one in pristine condition right in the bluray section! I am very happy!
They also had Scarface steelbooks for $20 if anyone is interested.

i got that surface for $11 at best buy on sale awhile back, basically that the least rarest steelbook ever made.

I'm not big on movies at all. So I wasn't sure if it was rare or not. but definitely a very nice RED Steelbook… plus it's SCARFACE ..so I figured what the hell and picked it up for $20

Darknuke, if I were you I would just check some walmarts that you think don’t get a lot of business.. I found two today and picked up a immaculate copy for $20 today so that is good for me.

Figured it would be better to bump this then make a new thread, but the walmart nearest to me has one of those $7.88 blu-ray bins and had several of each Resident Evil steel book in it.

Ditto. They had all of them as far as I know, including Degeneration.

I just sent a message to my uncle asking to check his Walmart. If his doesn't have them, what would you guys charge to grab and ship all 5 Movies (or at least the first 4)?

Replying here or a PM works. I'm off to bed but thanks in advance.
