Not an official Nickelodeon release, but bought legally from a comic book shop. They were sealed when I bought them, and play pefectly. They have menus to select the episodes and chapter skips. As to who or where they were made, I do not know, but I am guessing since a prominent NYC comic shop could sell this legally to me, I can re-sell it to whomever I want. PM me if you are interested in buying!
 
I think I will pass since I have seen reputable comic book stores sell bootlegs before. If its not put out by Nickelodean I'm guessing its not completely legit.
