I got Project Zomboid from my Russian comrades before they put up the iron curtain, and its pretty cool if you're into zombie survival games. It plays likr a roguelike and can be pretty damn hard at times, but I think it has multiplayer support now and also mod support (just not through the steam workshop).

Wasn't Project Zomboid the game that got involved in that drama about some transgender girl that had a sob story that needed money for surgery that turned out to be bogus or some crap? That's basically what I think of when I hear that game mentioned.

*Edit: Sorry, make than an Asperger Gypsy Transgender Girl

I haven't heard of that before.

This is the game that had most of its source code stolen back in 2011 after the dev's home was broken into.

Yeah it's coming back to me now. It was basically like she said she had a piece of metal stuck in her that she needed to get taken out but the piece of metal actually turned out to be her wang.

I haven't heard of that before.

That story sounds about as fishy as Chloe's piece of metal surgery.

You keep putting Project Zomboid on sale for only 40% off, and I'm gonna keep not buying it.
The devs have said that this is essentially the cheapest the game will get for a while. They feel it would be wrong to sell lower than what the original supporters paid($8) and the game will not go lower nor be bundled until the game is in its "twilight" years. There will be one more price increase before the game officially releases and after that you may see >40%, but still not less than $8.

Well it's not like we were going to play it anyway so eh.
Play what?

We know it will be less than $8 AND bundled

I'd like to see more devs go this route. To me it shows you have faith in your product and its continued success. Offer it inexpensive early on, and raise the price as development and features are added.

I think I'd prefer to charge a high sum for my product, promise a multitude of changes, improvements, and perks for early adopters, and then throw three or so copies into a $1 Gala after the dough stops trickling in on its own.

I finished Assassin's Creed IV:  Black Flag - Freedom Cry DLC today. Took about 6-7 hours; and I certainly didn't do everything there was to do, either. Did all of the main stuff and some of the side stuff.

It also feels like more AC4 - which if you liked or loved AC4 base-game's game-play, you'll feel right at home here. I certainly did. Since you're sparking a revolution + freeing slaves, it feels like there's way more purpose here going on than the fun factor of being a pirate + looting for $ that was found in a good portion of AC4 base-game.

Freedom Cry certainly has one of the better and more focused stories + character development pieces to be found in a AC game (even though this is a DLC, more or less) since probably AC: Revelations - since AC3 was extremely over-the-top + ridiculous in every regard (and since most characters weren't likable i.e. Connor); and AC4 was a bit looser on that stuff when compared to AC: Revelations.

Freedom Cry's really good, IMHO - especially for a DLC.

Purchased a Saw key from Nuuvem, and where the key normally is it says"

"Not Yet Generated Key

Product may be delay in production"

Should I contact them or should it eventually show up?

Damn, should have clicked the product link, I went to the sale page and added to cart from there, so I never saw the message.

Thanks! Not in a hurry to play it anyways.

Welp, I had some spare TF2 keys from cheap stuff I traded away, so I grabbed a Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Digital Bundle (Game + skin / item DLC) from a trader for 4 keys, then bought the Revelations DLC from Nuuvem.

I figured I'd better be on the safe side in case they implode. Friggin' Konami is just... insane right now. Too bad Ground Zeroes didn't get a discount. :(

Anyone remember that Indie game that was free online that was mostly pixels and super simple, about a mans life and death?  Can't figure out what it was called. You just keep scrolling to the right of the screen....

Speaking of Killing Floor...

Have there been any updates on the release date for Killing Floor 2 other than "sometime in 2015"?
Why? So you can murder all the other new releases around that time?

Gaben doesn't want you to know the real reasons Russian traders stopped trading with us.
I'll see your Russian stupidity, and raise you a:

...and I had a shirtless Putin riding a motorcycle somewhere around here but I can't find it.

So, I'm considering purchasing Castlevania LoS 2 from nuuvem, but I'm unsure if I'll be able to redeem the key here in Korea. I looked through the Steamdb page, but the answer was murky, at best. With Steamlocks.tk being down, I have no idea if the key can be redeemed.

Does anyone know?

Thanks in advance!

If it activates as this subid => https://steamdb.info/sub/29147/ which is probably the case, you won't be able to redeem it.

I know it is a bit misleading the nuuvem description, and I read also it was blocked for south asia (nuuvem version), so I'm almost sure this will be your case.

I woke up early as I couldn't sleep, saw the key and thought I'd give it a try just to see what game I missed out on. But wow, thanks for Fortune's Tavern Carl! Totally unexpected. :D

Here are some bundle leftovers, if anyone wants them:

White Noise Online - VFMGM-JGR53-AFFC3

Why So Evil - K9NJX-6D2I4-ZTRK5

Space Salvager - FZA9Y-K8I3M-DJMVC
