This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

You missed the part about blowing Gabe? I can't sell the cards I have now, because I don't have his super-keen-awesome-security authenticator installed and I'm not willing to wait for the two weeks that the sale lasts for Valve to say it's okay for me to list them anyway. At this point, I guess I'll just keep cards I get for games I like and craft the odd badge or two, but selling them takes too much effort to be worthwhile.

It seems you're not an "adult" in Japan until you're 20. The story sounds like it's about college girls since they're going to school for nursing. That said, the choice of words is pretty awful.

How embarrassing! To think a game called Nurse Love Addiction might have porn. Disgusting. We play these games for the dialogue. Especially someone named KILLER Loli.

OTOH it is kind of annoying that anything anime people automatically ask if it's porn. I mean obviously the loli pedo moe crap and all the titty bounce stuff well DUH. But like girly romance visual novels or scifi or whatever people on Steam think anything Anime=porn all the time.

So how long do you guys think we will have to wait until 1080's are in stock or not price gouged on other sites by those who bought them all up?

A couple of months. Its worth waiting for regardless since by then they'll start with the game promotions and such for buying one and by fall there will probably be minimal sales for the holidays. I imagine by August-September they'll be readily available. Right now its like the new console rush.

I really like my 970, but Im going to Ebay it once the 1080s are more readily available and there's some sort of bonus for getting one. I got two games out of Newegg for the 970 and a nice discount.

Newegg had a few instock the other day. Like 300. They probably sold out quick but it helps to be on their mailing list as they email when they have. Right now all their stock is tied up in silly bundles with MOBOs and mice and all this other stuff.

 
Yeah, that sounds about right.  The impatient, childish part of me wishes it were otherwise, but that's about what I figured.

Not sure if anyone is interested but you can putingate Sword Coast Legends as a group buy thing where you get 5 copies and they each end up costing just under $5 each.

I hate posting about that here because people always screw it up and login with vpn and it tips them off and makes them more suspicious and check all the orders more. And then people post Ashot burned my house down and gave me cancer bla bla

But if anyone is hosting I'd be in for one. :p

Edit: Looks like the US version for the pack is only $40, making it $8 a copy.

*edited to add: To clarify, it's in Manual Review like they put all their orders in now so I guess I will find out whenever the heck they get around to checking or not checking it.

well, if Motoki order doesn't go through, I can host the Putin price for ya all

(although since this is single player, I HIGHLY recommend that you wait for the magical 75% off instead of the current 50%.  Most likely this game will be bundled since the developer is dead and they are hurting for money)

I'm just looking for a copy of the Deluxe version for my brother to host a DM game. I have the game, bought it when it released for full price.

Can you maybe not talk people out of it after I put an order in with the belief that people are going to buy them off of me because you know I don't need 5 copies and would be really hesitant to host anything in the future if people change their minds and back out after I buy it.

LOL I won't back out if your order goes through, I just read the description of the 5 pack and am willing to buy the Deluxe version from ya group buy for $10, since only 1 copy is deluxe in the bundle.

Dead by Daylight last night was great, we had two groups again and our 2nd group stayed up till 3 am (eastern time) playing it lol. I learned that if I run in circles around trees and shit I can distract GBKereberos (the killer) long enough for everyone else to escape! I kept this up for an entire 3 minutes or so in our final match, was hilarious.

I hope the full game gets enough content to warrant a purchase, but we've been having a lot of fun with just the beta content so far. Also sucks not being able to level up in private matches, but I'm hoping that'll change with the full release.

Dead by Daylight has inspired me to quit my 9-to-5 and pursue my dreams of being a hillbilly axe-murderer.  Apparently I'd be really good at it.

Does suck about leveling in private matches, especially since it seems like it's more fun with friends (by far) and, of course, the public servers are all bitching about exploiting and cheating players, etc.  Either you're an exploiter getting 70k points per round, you're a loser who disconnects once the killer hooks you (so you don't lose points) or you're a noob-idiot who sparks the generator every time.

Yeah, my main critique of the game remains - which is that there isn't enough content. Only 1 of 3 killers in the beta and I felt like we only played 1 map, but I think technically we were playing several different maps in the same locale. Also, the matchmaking is buggy and you can't switch between killers without starting a new lobby. That said, it certainly was good enough to keep me entertained for almost 6 hours across two bro nights. I'll consider this a 75% off purchase if I can get enough bros in on the action.

The bros have Orbital Gear and Who's Your Daddy scheduled for the next two Tuesdays. Now Who's Your Daddy will probably be a hard sell to switch, but Spoder may be open to switching Orbital Gear for Rocket League if you absolutely promise to show up.

 
Yea, enjoyed Dead by Daylight, cant believe we were up til 3 playing. When we had a full game it was seemingly impossible for the killer to ever get more than 2 or 3 people, but it was easier with less for obvious reasons. 

Had one silly glitch where I was caught by the killer, but was rescued and then healed, but I glitched into the carried by the killer animation except I was floating in midair but was able to move and escape in this position:
