This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

No real planned buys, hoping at least a few of the tons of wishlist games I have go on sale at a price I like. Also hoping Crimes and Punishments goes on a good sale now that the new Sherlock Holmes game is out. Pillars of Eternity (was already 60% off), Trigger Happy Havoc, Aviary Attorney, Lacrosse 16, Hacknet, and Contradiction are a few I might get if the discount is enough (did a quick scroll through).

Kerbal I might finally just grab, feel like if I've waited this long mine as well keep waiting since it won't go on sale cheap (as usual) but at the same time if I wait it still won't go on sale cheap.

I do know there will be enough mildly interesting games that'll end up spending more then I planned and/or should, not helped by finally paying off CC debt recently.

I never really left. (Well ok, maybe.) And I'm actually still in the planning phase for all the wedding stuff. But, it's nice to be missed.

And as a side note, who would have thought that kids have a unique power to suck the energy right out of you. I thought that was exclusive to cats.

My wife and I had a kid last October and I've been on the verge of a complete mental breakdown ever since. It's just part of life, unless you're a deadbeat dad. Sometimes I envy those deadbeat dads.

That being said, my wife and son are leaving town for the weekend which means that I will be taking a trip to Slobtown. Might even show up for Gang Beasts!

On a semi-serious note, does anyone own and play that Tabletop game simulator thing? Is it still single player only or local MP? Some online board game action would probably be nice for bro night. Wonder if Ticket to Ride would work for that.

I still hate you for making me buy Savage Lands. It was bloody awful. And I've since picked up half a dozen more openworldsurvivalearlyaccess trash games too. Eugh.

I mean, it's basically just a physics simulator. So, as long as there are models for whatever game you would want to play irl, you can play in-game. Never played Ticket, but I messed around with Life and UNO.

Why you tempt me with bro board games? When I scheduled talisman it was only weiler and me that showed up, so they might not be as cool with the kids these days.

I think I was out of town that week or either didn't own it, but I would be down for some Broardgame action. I'll look into it. If I can figure out how to twitch I will also do Drawful and/or other Jack games.

I've played Catan using Tabletop Sim years ago and it worked out pretty well. I'm sure everything is much better now since the game has had a bunch of updates and the workshop is full of games.

I'm grossed out that I know this but yes, their fetish extends to anthropomorphic animals with scales or fins or whatever else you can think of and plenty of creepy crap you wouldn't think of too.

Semi related side note: I remember flame wars on the Elder Scrolls forums years ago over whether or not the Argonian (lizard) women should have boobs given that they, you know, aren't mammals and lay eggs and all that good stuff.

I'll be honest, I really don't know anything about furries so I don't know if they are just into fur, furry animals, or animals in general. This one has hair at least and her loin cloth could possibly be hiding more fur.

Also there's a book in Skyram and Oblivion and Morrowind called The Lusty Argonian Maid so yes it's a thing.

As far as ES and Argonian boobs goes it was less about hentai non-furry furry kink and more about laziness. Bethesda and most modders just had them wear all those molded 'sexy' breastplates. There were some mod projects that made their bodies flat chested and swapped out the female armor meshes for flatter ones for certain common armors, but it was a pain and a lot of work when most people never bother to think that lizards shouldn't really have boobs.

Trump is against video game pre-orders. I read it on Reddit so it must be true. After all Valve trusts them more than the BBB.



I guess some of the usual Redditards there were all like Read My Lips No New Pre-orders and then everyone was suddenly losing their shit over a 20% off coupon off of No Man's Sky so Mr. Buttdirt over here called them out.

Oh and don't tell Rawnblade1214 what to do.

That actually looks pretty awesome. I have a weakness for psychoactive substances, but in addition to that I also have a weakness for top-down twin-stick shooters.

Which reminds me: any recommendations for some good PC-exclusive twin stick shooters out there?
