Can anyone suggest a program for monitoring all the interwebz usage of my modem? Don't say use the isp's BS, because they're the ones claiming I used over 100gb of data in 2 days.

does anyone know where i can get some tf2 keys for cheap?
Define cheap?

Key sellers are getting harder and harder to find. You can definitely find them below market value, but typically the sellers will charge a flat rate (i.e. $1.90 per). If you're looking for rock bottom, its going to be tough. I'd recommend checking out Steamtrades and TF2 Outpost to get an idea.

i would assume the price fluctuate due to the market. Does anyone have any idea on the trend of the key price/market item?

Does it go up prior and during Steam sale and drop post steam sale?

It used to when keys were able to be bought off the market and traded immediately. Now people stockpile, so prices tend to hold the line more than fluctuate and any drops quickly rebound. They dropped right when the sale started and have rebounded back up to pre-sale market values, in fact they're a little higher now than they were a week before the sale. Sellers prices tend to be more static these days. Theres just not as many people buying as there used to be.

There's some good info on this here: http://www.howtogeek.com/222740/how-to-the-monitor-the-bandwidth-and-data-usage-of-individual-devices-on-your-network/

The free program they mention (GlassWire) is also available on Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/355000/

I've never used it, but it looks like it might do what you need.

Good luck

Have any of you ever sat alone by a window, gazing at the stars and thinking to yourself, "I wish I could add all free DLC for all my games to my Steam account, or someone would make a script to do it for me"?

Wish no more.

You can also follow this to have them all added automatically:

But Blade posted a script that did that yesterday.

We posting physical collections now?
I hope not... I don't have pictures/lists of everything but I probably have a few hundred boxed and a few hundred more loose games.

Does anyone know if you can refund a game DLC / expansion? I'm not sure how refunds work on those.
Same as any other. I refunded a drunken purchase of a season pass that was a horrible mistake, no issues doing so. The only ones you have to worry about are if they explicitly state no refunds on the store page, I think theres only a few of those

Just concurring, yes you can refund DLC with no issues even if the game is played over 2 hours. I think the content is clocked separately.
Yeah, both DLC & game count hours only from purchase date (family share, free weekends, etc not included). Overall hours won't matter at all.

I guess if you refund every two hours, you get to play game free. :p

But steam db adds 10000 demos, I don't want deoms. My script is thus superior.

You need to go farther: Say "My script is beautiful! Its tremendous! Its so superior. They say its the best script in the world! You won't find a better script! Can you find a better script? No. Believe me, its so tremendous people say stop I can't take it but I say you will take it and you will love it!"

Madjoki for Script Prez

Played through Valley. Great game in pretty much all regards (gameplay, graphics, soundtrack). Finished it in just over 3 hours without finding all of the secrets and collectibles. A lot of people might find that a bit too short at its regular price, but buying it on sale I was quite satisfied.

Does anyone know if the DLCs for Vermintide from humble monthly are the same as when you activate the retail version?
If you are talking about the boxed copy that activates with the first 2 main DLCs + Collectors Edition dlc then no. The Humble Monthly activates with Schluesselschloss (first main DLC) and one cosmetic DLC.

Just as an update, I bought TSW complete and just activated the key they gave me to my account. Upgraded everything just find.

RIP whoevers mom died. It wasn't me.
I forgot to ask you - was that all one key for the entire thing from Funcom?

Or were there separate keys for TSW base-game and DLC's?

Grabbed F1 2013 from G2A. Had been looking to buy the game but didn't seem to go on sale much. I really hate buying from g2a but .....those resellers will jack the key price up by tomorrow. Shame the classic edition is so high. Would have rather had that but meh.

Enjoy and good luck!

For hitman, are the elusive targets a one time event only and not coming in any dlc or complete edition? What about the Xmas mission? I'm debating getting it but want to know if I should wait for the console version not to miss anything.

My understanding is the elusive targets are one time events. That said, you never know. They might add them all back in later as missions.

Somebody talk me out of blowing card money on these:

Wolf Pack - lowest recorded price (back to Jan 2013)

Doom Classic Pack - cheapest Steam price since July 2014, but has been frequently discounted on places like GMG

Heretic+Hexen Collection - lowest since July 2013

Doom 3 Pack - lowest recorded price (back to Jan 2013)

Quake Collection - lowest since July 2013

If this is a sacrifice trap for the long-anticipated, highly elusive Humble Bethesda Zenimax Bundle, I'll curse the bundle gods to hell and back.
