Do you remember voting for Paranormal State: Poison Spring? It appears those who did will be getting Steam keys pretty sometime soon, all 6,656 of us. :D/

Hello, PRS members!

I have some very exciting news for you: Paranormal State will be launching soon, possibly as soon as tomorrow!

For those of you who voted for us on the Greenlight page, first of all, thank you once again! We couldn't have done this without you. I will be posting instructions soon on how to redeem your Steam Keys, but please note two things:

1) For our convenience, please follow the instructions to the letter. Sending out 6,656 Steam keys is no easy task!

2) Please, please be patient. Again, sending out this many Steam keys and checking them against your IDs is a huge undertaking and can take many weeks.

Thanks again, ghost hunters, and please look forward to the launch of Paranormal State: Poison Spring!

Our only option now is clearly to boycott Steam forever. Down with the evil Gabenpire! Up with the GOGsistence!
No way. Too many PC games flat-out require Steam.

Steam really should fix that activation issue for those who bought 3rd party keys for Jedi Outcast [Steam-key] - so they get the Steamplay versions that are advertised.

I just won't buy Jedi Outcast from 3rd party places selling Mac versions.

I hope Jedi Academy [Steam-key] doesn't have the same issue.

Sounds like their sending keys out manually and checking each ID for when/if they joined the group, instead of opting for something like what Carl did for Motte Island and having it all be automated.

Would suck to be the guy in charge of that.

Pretty sure people say that about every Spider-Man game, and have been coming away disappointed for years.
Spider-Man 2 for PS2.

/topic

I've had my credit card number stolen three times already. What worries me is if my CAG credentials get leaked. Could you imagine if tebow hacked all of our CAG accounts? Yikes.

If I had any money, I might be worried.

I haven't got mine =/
If you use Gmail, the email with the key shows up in your "promotions" tab.

So this might not help anyone now (the dude has one key left), but he might get restocked in the future. There's a rep providing people with Steam keys that bought non-Steam copies of Black Mirror 2 & 3 (and possibly Gray Matter). It's worth keeping an eye on this thread. When I emailed him, he said he was out of Gray Matter keys, but gave me keys for BM 2 & 3.

Just bought Velvet Assassin just because when I bought it from Amazon digital originally it didn't come with a Steam key.  $.84 in trading card idling isn't that bad to get it on Steam. :p

Is Guise of The Wolf a pretty good bad game or is it Day One Garrys Incident bad?
i think it's pretty good for a game that's bad enough to not be an actually good game but not so bad that it's really bad, just sort of bad, so bad for a goodish game but not bad bad more like bad good bad

in short, you should pay full price for it

Just remember that some people here paid full price for Garry's Incident and DayZ. And Ride to Hell. So how bad could this game actually be?

Is it safe to log into that site where you get a steam key of Zombies on a Plane, or is that security exploit thing still an issue? I decided to wait when I saw this offer earlier in the day, just to be safe.

Update: I went head ahead and logged in.

Typo'd last night and didn't notice!

Pretty sure the issue has already been fixed on Steam, just not on GOG or something.

I dunno what that was all about, but your signature really needs to say something more along the lines of "$5".
