Once again... this only says each customer can only buy one of each app. Nowhere does it mention 1. Anything about offer or promos, whatsoever, or 2. Anything about if you're allowed to delete and rebuy apps, which is a current functionality of Amazon.

It is a specific provision of their Earn Coins Promotion Terms. It is not saying that a customer can only buy one of each. It is saying that the Earn Coins promotion is limited to one per customer per app. Therefore you can purchase multiple different apps to earn coins multiple times, but purchasing the same app more than once to earn coins is against their terms for the promotion.

Okay, that's what I was looking for. I missed that that was a specific heading underneath the promo section. I agree with you, it's against the ToS, and I'm definitely not doing it again for fear of getting my account punished. I wasn't aware it was against the ToS the one and only time I did it.
