i got X Com Complete and Civilization V complete from 2K?
Actually, Firaxis often does have Complete Packs for their games.

In general, in most instances - 2K does NOT do Complete Packs.

EDIT:

2K and Gearbox are not typically known for doing include-all-DLC Ultimate editions.
I think we got lucky w/ Borderlands 1 having a Complete Edition (GOTY Edition).

And I think we got lucky w/ that game only having 4 DLC's.

Civilization kept having GOTY GOLD PLATINUM bla bla packs that people thought were complete and then they went PSYCHE! and released more DLC.

I suppose this Complete version is finally complete, but that's only because the next game is coming out soon.

so bl2 will have a super deluxe complete pack w/all the headhunter packs, kreig/gage/level upgrades, developer commentary, a world of warcraft 3 year trial, a trip to bermuda, and some blowjobs for five dollars right?

Yep - that sounds like Firaxis.

They always do re-release editions like crazy since namely the Civ 3 days, IIRC.

alright.. u guys convinced me (meh, i guess Duke Nukem Collection is an oddball from Gearbox).. So borderlands 2 GOTY + 2nd Vault upgrade pack and ALL the headhunter packs = complete borderlands 2 experience minus the cosmetic BS?

Would be nice - but, I'd highly doubt it.

If they plan to do it - it probably will not anytime soon at least, I'd guess.

BL2's been out for a while - and yeah, no complete pack yet still.

I'd guess they also won't do it b/c the game's got listed as having 46 DLC's, for crying out loud.

No Civilization: Beyond Earth :(
What an awful selection. Hope those codes get cheap.

DNF likely NEEDS to sell a Complete Collection to us b/c - well, who the hell doesn't own the base-game at least already?

And for those who missed it - they probably don't want that game these days! ;)

About business practices - Borderlands 2 + its content are selling too well + are too popular to probably do a Complete Pack right now.

They might as well do the BioWare + EA route to try to get as much money off DLC's and Season Passes as possible.

I don't have any of BL2 DLC - but IIRC, each Upgrade boosts your max a certain number of levels (+11 with each pack).

IIRC, you need to own BOTH Upgrade Packs to hit max level of 72.

SIDE NOTE:

Remember, Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1 is included in Borderlands 2: GOTY Edition + Borderlands 2: Season Pass.

....

Look here:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/224180/?snr=1_7_15__13

For players who want to get the most out of their Borderlands 2 experience, the first Ultimate Upgrade Pack and Ultimate Upgrade Pack 2 can be combined for a max level cap of 72 , even more legendary gear, and new over-leveled modes!

alien isolaiton only one is new and good and on steam that on my iwshlist star citzen i heard is good and the other thingy and rest are too late too sad
Alien Isolation is a good choice. The rest has been bundled or just isn't that popular.
+1. I wouldn't mind Isolation on the cheap but either have or DGAF about the rest.

will wait for Beyond Earth Complete Edition after I was burned by Civ 5 GOTY
Which probably won't happen until they announce Civilization Beyond Beyond Earth.

I'd say golden keys are only worth it while leveling if you don't feel like taking the time to farm and you have crap/underleveled gear. The vending machines are pretty much pointless with the exception of Torgues. Torgue vending machines will almost always have something worthwhile (assuming you ok with explosive) and their also funny as hell.
What do you mean by worth it? Equipment is usually a pain to upgrade as you go along, leveling up quickly, outgrowing your old stuff, and since most people here have hundreds of golden keys, it's like a free upgrade to above average equipment as often as you want. I don't even see the upside of NOT using golden keys every 5 levels or so.

I will agree Torgue vendors are good sometimes though.

... you're kidding, right? I never bought anything from Marcus or Dr. Ned's vending boxes in the original game. They always has horribly underpowered, insanely overpriced crap. I always got offers for stuff TEN LEVELS BELOW ME. All they were good for was getting money for ammo.
Nope. Sometimes you'll come across that crap, but many times they'll even sell equipment above your level as well. My friend and I used vendors all the time in BL1 and got tons of great weapons.

the only thing concern me is that Borderlands 2 community will be a ghost town when the new one come out (which is soon) :/
I don't know that that is true. BL2 has a big enough following that I'm sure there will be a sizable chunk that refuse to move on for whatever reason. Having said that, I've always had an infinitely better time playing BL2 with friends. Public games often degenerate into a race for the best loot -- all else be damned -- and I hate that shit. I'd honestly rather play by myself than in most public games.

The vending machines are more or less set to the quest levels associated with that area. Sanctuary machines stay at your level. The entire game sets loot levels to the host as well, meaning that if you join someone else that is ahead of you... good luck finding stuff you can actually use (unless you convince them to return to a location at your level).

It's a huge pain in the ass and I hope they address that in a proper sequel, along with having instanced loot vs. one huge loot pool for the entire party.

I just picked up Dishonored GOTY for 6 bucks over at GMG.  (75 percent off plus voucher).  I hope I didn't make a mistake.  It seemed like a better deal than I'd ever manage from a steam sale.

Now watch them go and lower the MSRP on the thing and make me look stupid.

It's sad but since the Dishonored DLC is so expensive it actually cost me less to get the GOTY than get the DLC separately.

I wouldn't worry about that if I were you.

Bethesda will lower MSRP to $20 some day...then only do 50% to 66% off that for a year or two. And then we'll see $5 once or twice in about two years time.

Not anymore.

They made the prices the same as the US because EA sucks.
They did that for India too. It used to be cheap to buy Origin games there but now stuff like Sims 4 is about the same price. Some Indians were on Reddit a while back complaining that all the non-Indians ruined it for them.
